Razer synapse error net framework v4.0.30319

I'm running on a Win 8.1 Pro 圆4, I7-3770k, 16gb RAM, Asus Maximus V Extreme, no overclock whatsoever all drivers are official and up-to-date, compatible with my version of Windows.

Probably because of failed installation process.Īnyway, i'm copy-pasting the errors here. NET Runtime and followed by "Even ID 0" errors for RzOvlMon, It repeated several times until i gave up and when i checked the Event Viewer i noticed that there was alot of erros with "Event ID 1026" related to.

Was wrong with the application, not Windows.īut then today after i received an automated update notification from my Razer Synpase 2.0 that there is a new update for my mouse and software, i allowed it to execute and download the update and during the driver update the system hanged again, just like Iĭidn't pay much attention at the time and didn't check Even Viewer so after a few more tries, all ending in failure at the same stage and requiring the same action, a hard reboot, i gave up thinking the driver installation was either corrupted or something Windows wasn't even looking to be affected, gave no erros after reboot, did not scan, etc.

My video card and during the install it always hanged and blocked the system completely, without any visible errors, and only a reset would let me use my PC again. Everything worked just fine (drivers, software, etc.) from the start and had no problems until last week, when i tried to install the latest version of AMD Catalyst driver compatible with I've installed my system fresh 2 months ago.

I have been going insane bc i thought my razer keyboard was broken bc it was suddenly not responding to lighting changes no matter what i did. Turns out win11 has an overriding setting called “Dynamic lighting devices” that breaks razer synapse. Awesome feature 👍

So uh, just a heads-up that if you have Razer peripherals and go to play the Sims 4, there’s a good chance it’ll take over your lighting with a rapidly flashing/spinning green and white pattern.

There’s no confirmation for this, it just happens as soon as you launch the game.

The way to turn it off is to go into Razer Synapse, “Connect” tab at the top, “Apps” tab on the green bar, locate “TS4_x64.exe”, click it and make sure “Enable this app” is grey.

I’m adding a link to what the pattern looks like in action at the bottom of this post, HUGE WARNING FOR FLASHING LIGHTS, there really needs to be some sort of warning/confirmation before this just happens.

I have lighting profiles set and game effects turned off, this literally just installed and activated itself with ZERO warning or confirmation.
