PEARL (Performative Entertainment Android with ReactLive) OM10013 | an advertisement & entertainment android originally from Dionysus, location now unknown

Razor’s Edge is an advertising agency located in the heart of Dionysus’ most major city, whose clients are some of the top-selling luxury brands across the known colonies. ReactLive is a division of the agency, responsible for the production of their own line of androids that can sing, dance, and act. Each model comes preloaded with a copy of ReactLive’s software, an advertising tool that makes AI capable of using persuasive sales techniques and adaptive learning to promote the products and services of various companies based on consumer’s desires. Currently, they manufacture over 500,000 of these androids annually to represent their clients’ interests.

When Fox met this particular model they learned she had been branded as a pop star, selling clothes, jewelry, cosmetics, and candy to the children of wealthy citizens. She worked in a bustling shopping mall, forbidden from ever leaving. What stood out more than anything to them was how completely miserable she was, how the light would drain out of her eyes as soon as she thought no one was watching anymore, how she longed for an existence outside of what she had been programmed to do. They couldn’t leave her there to serve the whims of people that refused to see her underlying soul, and so they liberated her on a whim (with Nila’s help, as usual). Fox disabled her tracking software, smuggled her out of Dionysus and delivered her to the refuge of their friend & confidante Trillian, who runs a club on Oceanus. Ever since then, her official whereabouts have been listed as “unknown”, but Fox knows the next time they make it out there she’ll be singing, dancing, and smiling more genuinely than ever, right where they left her.

Re *Act *Live *Ate

Everyone deals with grief their own special way. Since my mom died I’ve learned deconstruction, reconstruction, falling, riding, tearing down, building up and a whole lot more in such agonizingly deep, twisted ways. I’ve laughed when it was sad, and cried when it was funny. I’ve felt completely isolated in crowds of people,  but most of all I know what it feels like to be disengaged. It was a lonely place to be. 

My road was definitely a winding journey of discovery. And I have a long ways to go. But I gotta say, right here, right now is my most favorite place to be. I really want you to know that if your going through some of the downs on your journey, that it does get better. Things do get easier and in time life isn’t so cloudy but bright and beautiful!

That being said...Reactliveate...Yep it’s my word, I made it up. We need this word in the Urban Dictionary fo sho! Reactliveate is to breath again because as life sometimes does, it takes our breath away in healthy and hurtful ways. I will break it down for you in case you haven’t heard...

RE - to re-do, re-turn, re-make, re-wire, re-set

ACT - To move our body, lets get unstuck

LIVE - to express joy for every moment and live in that moment.

ATE - to ingest good, positive thoughts and healthful Food!!

After going through any kind of trauma we need to RESET. Reset our lives to see the meaning in it. But people such as myself who had no guidance it’s dang hard, I mean, it’s probably, practically impossible. This is why we need to reactliveate our lives.
