I did a second book cover illustration to finish out last year, this time for 365 Infantry's 2023 Collection, written by Jacob Calta! :D

Jacob writes:

Temiree has done it again! I can't thank this incredible talent enough for all the hard work he's put into my commissions, and I am especially proud to have had him work on one of my greatest passion projects, 365 INFANTRY. The series is a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk epic told across multiple storylines, filled to the brim with everything I like in my fiction. Killer hot rods and motorcycles, characters you can have a drink with, and a great sense of fun throughout, no matter how serious or absurd the situation may get. What's been captured here for our 2023 Annual Collection (a book with all 20+ short stories from last year), is an ice-cold nobility found in two particular characters. The elder gray saluting you is General Adam Knox, current head of the 365th Infantry, leader in the ongoing fight for freedom from the many tyrannies running riot in the 25th century. The tan-furred soldier gazing skyward is Lieutenant Gibson Blanc, a dependable soldier willing to do what it takes to destroy the forces of evil in this world. Both are escapees of the dystopian megacity Haven, and have devoted their lives to the cause of freeing it and the desert beyond from the sprawling influence of the sentient A.I. network known as A.C.E.S. (the Artificially Controlled Eco-System).

Here's another expression sheet I did for RedlineRev! I was asked to both of these at the same time. This guy’s name is Tim! :3

RedlineRev writes, "Once again, Tem has knocked me off my feet with a realization of a character for a script of mine. The son of the previously commissioned Cathleen and Jack, Tim is part of a much larger script set around the late 90s/early 2000s. Still has the racing and surfing spirit of both his parents, but with a career in journalism in mind. Really pleased with the way we were able to craft a hell of mutt. As he can tell you best, the way he shaped up wasn't quite as I planned, but ultimately better. To bum a quote from the late great Bob Ross, 'We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents.' And these have been the happiest. Always grateful to have such a great talent help to solidify my vision."

Expression sheet commission for RedlineRev, featuring his character, Kurt!

RedlineRev writes, "And here we are with another character from a current script up on my docket. Kurt here is the best friend of Tim, the character I commissioned around the same time, and is part of a larger script that is a sequel to the ones featuring the previously commissioned Cathleen and Jack, set around the turn of the millenium. He's a personal favorite character of mine as there is a lot I'm doing with him in terms of his arc. An aspiring architect, an ardent fan & top-shelf impersonator of the King of Pop, and a caring soul. I thank Tem for putting up with my perfectionism on this one, and he pulled it off spectacularly. Eternally grateful."

Message from the commissioner, RedlineRev: "Jack here, as well as the previously commissioned Cathleen Cannon, are part of a few scripts I have been writing for the past few months. They are fantastical dramas, chiefly set around the late 60s and into 80s, and are among some of my favorite pieces of writing as they explore a certain era and style that I adore in a unique way. To have a way to realize these characters, and to have an artist like Tem bring them to life, has been more than motivating. It is something invaluable."

RedlineRev said it all, really! All I can really add is that I did some more cinematic looking lighting for this one, and tinted the shading and lighting differently than I usually do to look more 80s. :3 Cathleen Cannon's expression sheet can be viewed by clicking here!
