Chat Noir FINALLY Got a new fucking POWER!!!!!!

Ladybug has had more powers than chat this whole time even though they are supposed to be equal and balance out. Even though that was supposed to be the case, since season 1 Ladybug has had closer to Three powers as opposed to Chat's one power of Cataclysm. She not only had had Lucky Charm, which would be the opposite of cataclysm, but she also had the Miraculous Ladybug power AND the ability to cleanse akumas. Then later on she gains the whole charm thing and we dont even have to mention the abilities gained from her guardian position.

Since season 1 we have been waiting for Chat Noir to get some kind of upgrade since the show LOVES giving them to Ladybug and It finally fucking happened....

of course he still has fewer base powers than Ladybug for some damn reason but now having wow 2 powers as opposed to Ladybug's initial 3 but we pick and choose our battles and celebrate the little victories in this house or else the show will make me more insane than i already am.

Anyway his new ability to erase memories actually makes sense as his counterpart to the Miraculous Ladybug power. Ladybug fixes PHYSICAL things that were DESTROYED by a villain while Chat Noir destroys MENTAL things like memories CREATED by a villain. really clever.

Late on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, ICE goons snatched Mahmoud Khalil for the simple “crime” of protesting Israel Apartheid State’s genocide of Gaza as part of Donald Trump’s war on pro-Palestinian speech. Khalil had a green card (and thus a legal permanent resident); therefore, the US Government has no valid standing to detain or deport him. Khalil is being currently illegally detained in LaSalle Detention Center in Jena, Louisiana. Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed off on the lawless and illegal detention of Khalil, and right-wing media pundits cheered on the unlawful detention. [...] Pending a ruling, Khalil currently cannot be deported. The detention of Khalil is a national disgrace and hopefully he will be freed from detention.
