Her products are factory-made and not from the American Riviera. I also have a hunch they’re not locally-sourced or small-business-made too.

For Meghan to have gotten the trademarks for American Riviera Orchard, which is location-based, she would have had to prove that everything was made in the “American Riviera” locality - and I mean everything. She couldn’t, or didn’t, hence her applications were rejected and she rebranded overnight to As Ever.

Roop at Tucson Comic Con!

For day 2, I was Roop from Briar and it was a lot of fun! Even if people though I was from the Witcher. I even did my second ever cosplay contest (didn’t win lol and there’s a small video too!) anyways, I’ll post other JP pics later, just enjoy our fave Witch Boi!

I just found out that June from GinjaNinjaOwO and her team follows r00p on Twitter ???

He truly got that artist rizz and totaly understandably cause he's so talented. What is he even doing on Goatlings at this point, he's too good for it wtf ?? Sharing such a small, unknown petsite with him feels like living near a renowed celebity in a reclusive goatherd town up in the moutains.

How would this have all gone down if her show had launched in Jan as originally planned? Would she still have added a new brand? After the fact? I'm confused on the timeline about the pop up stores. Did she use the delay as an opportunity to arm twist NF into including her in those or would this have happened anyway if she had launched in Jan? Seems like there's a cart before the horse situation, but I can't decide what's the cart and what's the horse because so many rebrands and logos and trademarks and catch phrases has made my head spin😵‍💫. At this point, her spreadsheet of trademark applications must take a ream to print.

Honestly, I think all of this would’ve still happened anyway. The question then becomes “would it be as sloppy and chaotic as it is now or would it be a bit better organized?”

Because the main thing is that ARO died last summer (summer-ish?) when the rejected trademark application was published and went viralish on the internet. The giveaways that ARO was already dead and scrubbed were:

Meghan not using the ARO Instagram to promote her own jam and dog biscuits by reposting or sharing videos/photos with the celebs that got it.

Meghan launching her own personal instagram that didn’t tag or cross-promote the ARO account.

Meghan leaving the botched “Amen Riviera Char” up after Instagram reformatted the grid.

And of course there was the rota reveal that they were going to scoop Meghan on the lifestyle brand so she rushed it out to beat the leak.

And to speculatively answer my own question, it would’ve been sloppy and chaotic as per usual because Meghan just can’t help herself. She might have been able to launch the brand before the trademark app leaked out…but that also begs the question: are we sure some random nobody sinner picked it up from the PTO website and it wasn’t just Meghan leaking it herself to get all eyes on her for the IG announcement?

(Also I haven’t been following this closely so it is completely possible I’ve missed a lot of developments and/or signs.)

Insanley good looking hunks you make! Must take hours. do you create them all from start?

It's a mix (and I should point out my starting points)...I either start with pure text of an idea, my own sketch, or a random photo off the web, that's not necessarily the look I'm looking for, but more about the staging and pose. Most of my images are pin-ups or portraits. Anything involving action or more than one person gets difficult. I'll bring it into Photoshop and nudge things around and correct fingers and limbs, and run it through the AI another time or 2 before finally polishing it Lightroom-ish for the final.
