hello!!!!!!!! i have just been thinking about an extremely cool fact that i wish to share and you are a fellow horsey person so!!!!!
there are these two horses at the barn, leonard belongs to my trainer and roxie belongs to someone i don't actually know but one of my friends leases her and my trainer uses her for a couple lessons (i haven't ridden either yet even though i'd like to, but i do know both of them). my trainer used to work with whip, who's leonard's half-brother, but he got sold last summer. my trainer used to train leonard for his old owner, but last september, she lost her horse, crash, who was roxie's half-brother, and she ended up buying leonard. leonard and roxie aren't related - she's an american paint, he's a missouri fox trotter. but both their sires (and, ofc, crash and whip's sires) were breyer model horses!!!!! i cannot remember their names rn but i learned that last week and i was just thinking about it and decided to share sooooo yeah!!!
awww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s so cool!!! gosh, they must be absolutely stunning, too! i’m a sucker for american paints... my friend leased one when we were growing up and i was literally so jealous,, i would not have done well on that horse at all ahskdh but she was sure pretty to look at!
while i am talking about horses, here’s a picture of my friend’s new baby,, he’s like a year and a half now i think!
Fetish Model Makes £100000 A Year Selling Used Socks And Shoes Over The Internet

Fetish Model Makes £100000 A Year Selling Used Socks And Shoes Over The Internet
As far as fetishes go, feet are probably at the PG end of the murky spectrum.
If you found out one of your mates was into pedi-porn you would probably still hang around with them…maybe just not as much.
Whereas if you found out they were into ‘space docking’ – please don’t search it – you would be well within your rights to contact their employer and make sure they never be around other people ever again, at least not unsupervised.
Anyway, back to feet – apparently there’s a lot of money to be made. People – I imagine mainly men – will pay cash money to women in the web to get a peak at their tender trotters.
Just take Roxy Sykes for example; she claims to make £100,000 a year working as a fetish model on the internet.
The 33-year-old says after someone complimented her on her ‘gorgeous feet’ she decided to set up an Instagram page to see how true the interest in her feet was – and it turns out, very.
In one month she gained over 10,000 followers and she hasn’t looked back.

Roxy said: “I didn’t show my face or anything at first, so I knew people were just interested in me for my feet, so it didn’t feel too personal.”
But she soon realised the fetish world is a ruthless landscape where only the strongest survive – diversify or die.
So to stay relevant and to fight off competition from internet hussies trying to tread on her turf, she now flogs ‘used’ socks and shoes to her hoards of fans for £20 and £200 a pop.
She claims it has allowed her to earn up to £8,000 in a busy month.
She said: “Posting photos and videos of my feet was all well and good, but people always wanted more and wanted to physically own something to do with my feet.
“I would be in business meetings, taking photos of my feet under the table, and getting an influx of messages by the hour asking if they could buy anything.

“So I moved my business onto different websites, as well as just social media, and suddenly started making £2000 a week from just one website alone.
“Then a single video of even me just wiggling my toes would make £100, so I was really raking in a lot of money.”
And the property investor says her job has never affected her love life and has no plans to quit the job any time soon.
With so much dollar to be made I don’t blame her.
She said: “I really like what I do, and I think that’s because I really got desensitized from it and saw it as work.
“I have never had any trouble getting into relationships because of what I do, and my friends and family are on board with what I do.
“It’s great to be able to get home from a normal working day to know I can make a bit of extra money from a photo of my feet.
“I know it’s something I will never stop doing – the money is so good and it’s so easy, there’s no reason I would!”

But wanting to put something back into the industry that has given her so much, Roxy says she is now mentoring the fetish models of tomorrow.
She said: “I have started to train different models in how to get into the fetish industry and make money like I am.
“It’s great to be able to help others and teach people my apparent ‘talent’ so that they can follow what I do.
“It’s also amazing to see people’s confidence grow when they make these videos and start to earn money from something like a pair of socks.
“Working as a team together also helps to beat the stigma and make the industry less frowned upon.”
I don’t know why I’m surprised at this, it was only yesterday that Crocs sold out of their Post Malone range.

I thought this moment between Nell and Polly was cute especially after Nell close to dying from a press cause she didn’t want to fight a lady. She’s so nice because she’s practically saying the ass whoopings are for the bad men 🤷♀️. Then, Polly gets a job as the new editor because of her writing of Nell’s eyes being a guide for lost souls. Small wins for everyone ✨
Okay, so I've a theory about all of the Trotters sisters. Major spoilers below!
So, as we find out later in the show, Roxy can kind of see Billy Blind, and appears to have some magic of her own. I believe it's actually all of the Trotters sisters who have some element of magic to them (maybe from their mother's side). But if Roxy can see Billy, why can't George? Looking through all the scenes where Roxy spots Billy, I noticed something about George: She don't have her glasses!
The first fight outside the pub, Roxy sees something, but George doesn't (George doesn't have any glasses yet). Later, when Billy is interacting with stuff in the shack after George has been shot, she doesn't have her glasses on, so only Roxy sees. After Japhia kidnaps George and Polly, he destroys her glasses. At the campfire scene after Polly has kissed Nell (yesssss) Roxy spots some affects of Billy being there, but George doesn't.
I think all three sisters have a sense for magic and Billy, but it's actually the non-magical mundanity of George's need for glasses that has stopped her seeing Billy. Next time you watch the show (because it definitely worth binging again) keep an eye out for every scene that has Billy and George in it. At no stage during those scenes does George have her glasses.
We know how old Nell and George are. How old do we think Roxy is? Based on conversation she's younger than Amadin, who is implied himself to be younger than Nell by the way she addresses him. But also she's old enough to know Nell from before she left. I'd say there's about a 6-7 year age difference.
anyways there’s a storm outside and it’s got me thinking, the renegade crew would be Such a disaster if they got caught in a storm. nell isn’t phased by it at all, she’s seen them time and time again. roxy hates them and george thinks they’re cool because nell thinks they’re cool, though deep down she hates the sound of thunder. rassalas/amadin does Not like storms but he’s trying to be brave. charles doesn’t even try he is absolutely terrified and he gave up trying to hide that like two minutes into it. overall, nothing much gets done until the storm’s passed and nell is just trying to keep everyone calm the whole time by telling stories
leonard is gorgeous, he's a buckskin, ridiculously tall for a missouri fox trotter (last week my dad asked why he was so tall, like if he had thoroughbred blood or something, and she was like "no he's just weird") and roxie,,,,,, holy shit she's beautiful, really tall, bay paint, just so ridiculously beautiful, also very not well behaved akekwkwkwj
ahskdhdksj “no he’s just weird” I love that for him... but they both sound stunning!!!! and lol! i wonder if it’s a paint thing... my friends paint was such a pretty mover but she could be sooo naughty,, those names are both super cute too!
Having thoughts this morning about 1x6. Specifically that moment where George is held hostage with a hot fire poker and Nell takes one look at the situation and goes "I'll do anything you want just let her go". I just have so many thoughts about the bond between the three sisters but the relationship between George and Nell is always especially touching.
These three are never more sisterly than the moment where nell is teasing roxy about liking rasselas/adamin and george picks that precise moment to pay attention to their conversation and be like "who is roxy kissing?"
They’d begged her not to try it - Roxy and George, they’d begged her not to touch the spell. There’s something dark about it, Roxy had said, something twisted. And Nell isn’t a fool, she’s seen the affects that magic can have firsthand, in Broadwater, and it was hardly anything pretty; but they’re out of options now.
They need her, all of them; they need her to keep them safe and this is what it’s come to. And she refuses to let them down.
So she called for the boys to hold her sisters back, keep them calm, and she’d started to utter the words. And though Nell Jackson is hardly known for her literary abilities, the words flow off the page and past her lips so naturally it’s as if they’d been written in her mind, long ago.
Her fingers buzz. The spell swells up in an awful, roaring crescendo and she feels the very moment it takes ahold. It pricks at her skin. It wraps around her lungs and it squeezes.
She pushes out the final word, the final syllable, and her whole body is alight, then, suddenly.
Someone is yelling. Roxy, or maybe George, or both of them together. In the moment, in the chaos, they sound almost like her mother.
It’s terrifying.
The magic doesn’t cease, not all at once. It lingers there, a few agonising seconds and it lingers, crushing her infinitely. Against the force of it all, she wills the bastard spell to work.
And then her head jerks back, her finger tips go numb and in an instance she is on the ground, a crumpled mess of a woman. Voices at all sides of her, hands grabbing at her skin, at her clothes, shaking and pulling and holding on.
Pain and exhaustion wash over her in waves. But deep, in the pits of her soul, she feels something warm, something akin to hope. As her consciousness slips, Nell thinks;
