~Glacirem’s Spot~

After Pomfiore’s desplay, the group heads towards the cafeteria! The tables have been bushed to the far ends of the room and have been covered with back table cloth with small ice sculptures of Angels with terrifying faces on top. An icey chandelier hangs from the ceiling. They’ve tried to make the Room look like an abandoned church in creative ways.

The room is very cold, most likely so the ice doesn’t melt. Matthias and Vidar, who are there to greet the group don’t seem to be affected

Matthias greets the group with light banter between him and the other dorm heads. Him and Vidar talk about their Theme, Fallen angels.

Someone makes a comment about Worshipper Noelle

Have you guys seen the Evil Elsa deleted scene from frozen? She’s the inspiration for this dorm along with the original snow queen story, and she would have been a way better villain than Hans. You can watch it here!

Glacirem Souls

Students placed in Glacirem are free spirits like the ice queen herself. Rules and expectations don’t hold them down. They may seem aloof, but they are passionate people. Glacirem students feel like outcasts, but they’ll find a snowy family waiting for them in the dormitory

Glacirem is cold all the time, no matter the season. It’s the total opposite of Scarabia.

Glacirem is placed on a mountain. It’s not extremely steep but still good enough to sled down! The mountain is surrounding by a snowy Forrest

The dorm itself is a large palace seemingly made of ice and stone. I picture it as a large cathedral/Ruins/Palace. It’s surprisingly resistant, especially against harsh winds that blow. It’s like walking into a snow globe.

Many of the rooms are Large with high ceilings. It’s very echo-y! Lots of furs! Especially white furs.

Their is a large frozen lake that is on the west side of the dorm towards the base of mountain. The water is frozen completely and very stable. Students can ice skate and let loose on the ice. Every Glacirem student has their own personal pair of skates, and they have spares for guests.

The colors of the dormitory are light blue and White.

Matthias Hanssen (Dorm head)

Year: third year

Origin: The frozen mountains

Unique magic: [Snow shape] He can create living beings out of ice and snow. The larger the creation the more magic he uses.

Twisted from: the snow queen

Matthias has a full grasp on minpulating Ice, snow, wind. You can find him usually in the outskirts of Glacirem creating Snow bunnies, Snow bees, Snow deer, ect. His magic is known throughout the entire dorm but he doesn’t really care. He doesn’t really care about his reputation because it won’t matter in the end. The best thing for him to focus on is how far can he push himself. He may seem like a cool person but like Rey of the dorm leaders he’s an absolute baby

Vidar Losnedahl (Vice Dorm head)

“Watch yourself! You’re gonna cause an avalanche!”

Age: 17

Year: Second year

Origin: The frozen mountains

Unique magic: [Snow warning] Vidar can cause items to fall over/fall of of things by yelling loudly. It doesn’t matter where he is. Things will fall, including people

Vidar is a younger brother to Matthias but he hates having to chase after Matthias’s creations. He’s closed off from most people. Some rumors go around about him freezing his heart. Vidar is well known for the destruction his unique magic causes, but true to the ice queen, he honestly doesn’t care.

Runar Steinsson

“Is it just me or is it getting colder in here... oh my bad.”

Year: second year

Origin: Assumed to be from the frozen mountains

Unique magic: [First Frost] Runar generates as aura that coats everything within 6 feet of him in frost and lowers the temperature by a significant amount

Twisted from: The winter wind

Runar is a bit of an air head and goes with the flow. He’s a weird one by Glacirem standards, and awlays drifting. He appears in classes that aren’t even his. People only know he’s a second year because he said so himself. The ice fae can’t survive in very warm temperatures so he uses unique magic to help him out.

“Coming through! Watch out for the ice! Out of the way!”

Age: 16

Year: first year

Origin: The frozen mountains

Unique magic: [Dashing through] Emil’s magic allows for him and anything he’s holding to pass through any material.

Emil is always on the move and he never stays in a single place for a long period of time. He’s usually the first person in and the first person out. He doesn’t slow down for much and can be a bit pushy in you’re in his path. He’s shown real talent for skating.

14. What is a pet peeve of theirs

Someone rapidly taping or clicking their pencils/pens. His beautiful long pointed ears aren’t just for show, he’s sensitive to sound.

90. What is a Joke that they would like?

This Fae boy doesn’t understand complex jokes at all. And he doesn’t make an effort in doing so. He likes simple bad puns. Like:

“I had a great ice pun, but it just slipped my mind.”

Runar and his list of stupid puns never fails to crack him up as much as he hates to admit it.

77. Who would cheer them up after a long day?

It’s less of a single person and more of the comfort of the Scarabia dormitory as a whole. It reminds him of his own family, always something always going On, but it’s stable. Scarabia’s episode absolutely recked this boy though

If I had to pick a single person? It would either Kalim or Anastasia. We’ve seen how Kalim helps his dorm mates and it wouldn’t be any different for Cyrus. Anastasia because she’s the mom friend of the Second Year Quartet.

27. What is their favourite holiday?

Everyday is a holiday if you try hard enough— anyways, honestly? He loved celebrating birthdays. He doesn’t know his actual birthday and goes by the date his current family found him. He doesn’t even know how old he actually is, just a rough guess. Celebrating his own is a bit iffy but he goes all out for his friends!

<The King Of The Blizzard: Part One>

A/N: A few things, tumblr is mean. Also I thing you should know about me is that is get extremely flustered when writing canon characters so I apologize if there are any mistakes. I hope you enjoy the first part of Glacirem’s story! - Mod ankin

Yuu has a dream about two kids playing together. One of them (Gerta) leaves the other (Kai) and a wind blows theough as a tall lady in a sled is seen coming closer

Yuu wakes up to hear Grim complaining about the heat and how it’s getting closer to summer. Yuu realizes that the school year will end soon and they STILL haven’t found a way back home, or rather Crowley hasn’t. Grim suggests that go bother the headmaster about it after classes are done.

We then switch to Class 1-A where Ace and Deuce also begin to talk about summer and Yuu’s plans if Crowley doesn’t find them a way home. The temperature of the begins to fall fast which prompts all the students to start shivering and be confused. Even the windows have begun to have frost covering them. a new voice appears

???: Ah, that’s so much better~ These classrooms are always ovens this time of year~

This stranger is met with a with an angry shivering Ace who asks

“Who the hell are you?”

He is ignored. Professor Crewel gives a tired sigh and tells the student,

“Runar, you’re in the wrong class again.”

Runar looks around and realized that he’s in class 1-A. He apologizes but asks if he can stay because the room feels nice and cool. Crewel calls him a bad dog and orders him to leave, which Runar does with a smile on his face. Our first year group is still very confused until one of their mob classmates provides information while gossiping with their seat mate

“Runar? Runar Steinsson? The lost guy from Glacirem?”

“He’s a second year I think. Some of my seniors have talked about him wandering into their classes...”

[Scene Change]

Obligatory lunch scene! Jack and Epel join us for lunch! Ace and Deuce are in line while the others already have their food and Grim is getting read to dig into his food.

Jack accidentally bumps into a Glacirem student while going to throw something away, which really pisses them off despise it no damage being done. Jack apologizes like the good boy he is but They verbally rip into Jack, Epel, Grim, and Yuu which causes a fight.

Yuu’s Choices:

After getting their asses kicked the students won’t screw off until another new face pops up along with Runar. And the temperature drops slightly

???: You guys lost. Get over yourselves and scram.

Runar: Hehe~ you guys might end up as ice sculptures to decorate the yard with if you don’t hehe~

They realize how clearly outnumbered they are and understand the threat and decide to leave. ??? Profusely apologizes for his dorm mate’s behavior and introduces himself as Emil Olsesen a Glacirem first year. Runar makes an off hand comment about how those particular students used to be so so nice. Grim and MC have a sense of déjà vu. (Meanwhile Kalim sneezes somewhere else on campus)

Emil tells them not to worry about it and Glacirem’s problem is their own and apologizes again. Yuu starts a mental timer to see how long it will take before they’ll get involved.

Yuu and Grim finally make their way to the headmaster to see his progress on finding a way to get Yuu home. They find him crying over numerous reports of Glacirem students being cruel to other students. Why?? Why have they suddenly become problematic?! Why did they have to go and suddenly lower the morale of the student population?! This will give the school a bad rep at this rate!! Cry cry cry...

Grim and Yuu awkwardly stand there waiting for him to finish. Crowley turns off the water works when he realizes that Yuu and Grim have solved all his problems up to this point... he’ll just send them to sort out the Glacirem problem! He asked them to go and bug Glacirem’s dorm head about the issue.

Grim: What?! No! Stop sending us to go do your dirty work! You’re the headmaster and you have more power than us!

Crowley really doesn’t want to deal with Glacirem’s dorm head... and says some As Crowley is pushing them out of his office he says that if they’ll do this for him he’ll have time to continue is search for Yuu’s way home and even give them a week off from school! (Grim takes the bribe)

And off they travel to Glacirem, the dormitory of ice and snow....

Except it’s never that easy.

They enter at the base of the hill that the dorm sits upon

They take a step from the mirror and are amazed by the snowy paradise that is Glacirem. They are also quite cold! Not a few steps later they are jumped by Glacirem students. Yuu and Grim try to take the diplomatic route and try to talk them down but they are really rude and provoke a fight

Yuu and Grim have their asses kicked and physically thrown out. Okay then. Grim wants to charge back in but Yuu decides to get help from others... which boils down to the first year group. They had to be baited/bribed into helping.

Que another trip to Glacirem to get an audience with the dorm head. The same group of students confront them and another battle happens... everyone is cold and moves slower except for jack who is used to cold temperatures

Where the same thing happens again and the group is physically thrown out to the laughter of Glacirem students. Now no one is happy. Fine. If they can’t strong arm their way in they’ll sneak their way in just one problem though... they have no idea where they’re going. They don’t even know what the inside of Glacirem looks like. If only they had help from someone on the inside... wait

Yuu has another big Brain protag moment and remember that there is a Glacirem student who isn’t a complete asshole.

Now it’s a matter of getting him to help... which they can deal with tomorrow as it’s getting late.

Kiyoshi and Kore would get along so very well. Kiyoshi is definitely the quieter of the two, but he enjoys Kore’s out going nature. He finds her presence comforting and it kind of reminds him of his home... However I hope Kore can keep up with his people pleasing tendencies.

Kiyoshi an feel the cold radiating off of him. Kiyoshi likes to believe that there is a nice person under there, but he never voices this thought. Kiyoshi is only in this class due to Grim anyways...

Like Kalim, Matthias can’t comprehend the existence of such a happy, friendly, person like Kore. His aloof facade may falter a bit in his utter confusion

Matthias feels a sense of familiarity in Theo but he can’t place it. Either way cold meets cold. Ice queen meets ice queen figuratively lol. I don’t think they’d talk a lot.
