Black Forest Cookie overjoyed that darling is paying such special attention to her during the event period, her breath leaving her lungs once she feels their gaze on her, basking in the euphoria of your attention. She’s thrilled when you play through her chapter, every step of the way thinking that all this is worth it for you. The flowers, the dress, the celebration as she lays her life down for you and your heart. The other cookies have scarcely a clue that it’s you she’s planning on committing herself to, she suspects they would be a little put-off if they knew, so she avoids addressing you directly. Not like any of them are worthy of having your name on their tongues anyway, except maybe Wedding Cake Cookie. She supposes she’d have to know for the ceremony.

Sagau but make it Cookie run

A/n: also yes I'm gonna write a part 2 really soon^^

K OK OK OK I just have the perfect idea for a au, so in this au is very similar to the sagau (self aware genshin au) BUT instead of genshin it's cookie run (sacrau) but without the self aware(for now) and we end up with a au where reader is the creator of the cookie run universe (earthbread) and I've got some images along w/ that idea.

Pre-self aware:

Ok so first of image goes like this: imagine being the creator of the cookie run universe and be capable to just look at the cookies lives all day long and just like observe like, what do they do? How do they interact with one another? What are their natural enemies? Oh dear do they need to be protected from those cakehounds near the forest? Don't worry cuz the creator is here! And you just summon a cookie fence so they'll stay safe^^

Imagine if perhaps a kingdom or a land one day they run out of their sugar supply and little cookies are running around and panicking because like how are they gonna survive?????? And then out of nowhere the creator summons a hole ass bag full with sugar that is triple the size of them, and in a empty area in front of them

OK but like IMAGINE you, the creator, making miniature houses for fun and then later giving them to the cookies are in need of one 😭😭😭 like the ones bellow

of course the cookies would be confused abb this weird phenomena but in the end they would be thanking the heavenly witches for their blessing

What if you, the creator, have the capability to transform yourself as a cookie and you just look around in awe at the miniature buildings you created being used and cherished by other cookies aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Also imagine before you, the creator, would transform into a cookie I don't think you would be able to understand what the cookies are saying, and for example whenever you would observe herb cookie you would just hear "hoohoo, hoohoohoo hoohooHOO" (context: herb cookie is in his weekly therapy session)

Also I want to publicly apologize to my friend cuz I spammed them in the early morning cuz I got milky way cookie and financiers costume, anyways Stan milky way cookie.

A little idea that’s been playing on my mind recently is yandere SACRAU… (for those uninitiated, an AU where the characters are self aware that they are in a game, and also simultaneously aware of the player, who they sometimes see as a godlike entity, invisibly guiding them).

Shadow Milk Cookie taking centre stage during his update, trying to keep all your attention on him, him, him as he throws himself at the oven doors, whining about when it will be his turn. His relentless tirade against the only entrance into your kingdom did little other than chip away at his soulstone, shards that either flew out through the grate or he slipped under the door as peace offerings. Surely if he got enough through, he would be able to reassemble on the other side?

Mystic Flour Cookie and Burning Spice trying their hardest to resist incinerating him on the spot after their own lackluster time in the spotlight. It’s not fair, why did that self-centred clown get to hog the stage (and your attention), when their own time had felt like a fleeting dream? Why did he, out of any of the cookies there, deserve to be gifted more of an opportunity than they?

And then Shadow Milk’s fervour quickly turning to rage as the gears begin to click into place, the resources you had saved for Pure Vanilla Cookie’s awakening striking true, as that irritating, blonde fool extends a hand to push open the oven doors with little resistance, only slamming shut when Shadow Milk tries his luck. There’s a smug sense of self-satisfaction that Mystic Flour and Burning Spice can’t help but feel at his simmering frustration. Better luck next time?

Pure Vanilla Cookie’s certain he heard the voice of an angel that day, the gasp of delighted surprise you let out when he stepped out of the bright light of the oven doors and across the splash screen was like a distant dream he could only smile at the memory of. The harsh reality was that there were dozens, maybe hundreds of cookies already in your kingdom he had to contend- no, coexist with, and a little nagging voice in the back of his brain told him he would not be able to keep up for long.

And it was right, the effort he put in, the tireless work of competing with the other cookies for your attention gradually slipped, as you found new, shinier rarities to upgrade your team with. His disappointment was palpable, but not surprising.

And then that glimmer of hope, when the first of his friends found himself defeating one of the beast cookies he had heard so much about, and Dark Cacao Cookie found himself at the oven doors once again. He was pleased for his friend, certainly! But more than that he could feel the bubbling feeling that rose in his chest once more, another chance to hear that elated tone in your voice as he made his grand entrance. He had another chance.

💜𝒮𝒜𝒞ℛ𝒜𝒰 | 𝒞𝒶𝓀ℯ 𝒮𝒽ℴ𝓅💜

The cookies aren't entirely sure what to expect when they see the cake shop pop up from out of nowhere, but once they realise exactly what it is the trickle of customers turns to a torrent. There’s a constant line of cookies outside the shop, each of them longing for a taste of the baked goods handmade by their darling player inside. Even the more asocial characters are seen making a rare public appearance and queuing up outside, Sea Fairy Cookie and Wind Archer are a surprise to many of the customers in line, rarely sighted by the regular cookie folk as they are.

Some of the cookies craft elaborate orders, trying to stall for precious time with you, while others make their orders almost painfully simple, trying to put as little pressure on you as possible. And through it all Wedding Cake Cookie preens under the attention, constantly hovering nearby to intercept whenever she notices a customer she’d rather have out of the shop, overprotective as a mother hen as she rushes them through their order. She even dares to confront the all-powerful Beast Cookies, well aware that they would never dare to lift a finger against her in front of the player.

💜𝒮𝒜𝒞ℛ𝒜𝒰 | 𝒢𝒶𝒸𝒽𝒶 ℳℯ𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓃𝒾𝒸𝓈💜

I imagine the in-game gacha would be equally as nail-biting for the cookies as it would be for you, if not moreso. Every second of the animation as Gingerbrave and his friends set to work using the cookie cutters you’d so meticulously gathered to pull a new soul from the heat of the oven feels like an unnecessarily drawn-out process to them, and cheers erupt from the loudest cookies whenever the cookie-shaped stencil glows that telltale colour that means one of them is going home.

Cookies drawn on the wrong banner (as in, pulling a different cookie on someone’s specific limited event banner) are outraged by the indignity of it. It was meant to be their chance and it was snatched away from their fingers. Even worse are the beasts and/or ancients turned down in the selectable Gacha of Fate. Even if they’ve kept an eye on the toppings you’ve been gathering for their counterpart it’s heartbreaking to see you shun them for their other half, other cookies know to avoid them when this happens. Some pity them, some wish it could’ve been them you favoured, but all of them know that if they want to avoid the unchosen taking their wrath out on others they need to stay away.

💜𝒮𝒜𝒞ℛ𝒜𝒰 | ℬ𝓊𝒾𝓁𝒹𝓈💜

The cookies are so genuinely appreciative when their darling player equips them with gifts to enhance their abilities, those with full sets of resonating toppings and fully upgraded beascuits know that they’re special, their power far exceeds that of the others and they spend the longest basking in their beloved player’s affections as they fight in their name. They would gladly fight a war a million against one if it meant that you were there to guide them. Some of them might already have. Elder Faerie Cookie and and Crimson Coral Cookie can hardly count the crumbs piling up before them of the monsters they’d slain for you, and they wouldn’t change a thing if it meant they would remain in your favour forever.

Cookies equipped with throwaway toppings you had lying around to fill in when your main team is busy elsewhere are disappointed, but grateful nonetheless. Camellia Cookie and Financier Cookie might not be quite so powerful as the elemental spirits or the storybook ancients, but they can hold their own, and they’re thankful for the scraps you throw their way. Others might not be so forgiving, perhaps even trying every method at their disposal to fight teeth and claw their way into a spot among your pantheon. Twizzly Gummy and Smoked Cheese have had a taste of your favouritism, and they’re not keen to give it up willingly.
