Finally jotted down a design for my edgy vampyr Dana’thor "emotions are useless and fun is a waste of time" Dawnstrider, who I will drag to this year’s Stranglethorn Bonfire Bash! My man’s in Team Sky, and will attach faux feathers to his grafted abomination wings to resemble a blue macaw!

My submission piece for STVBB 2020! I overworked this and did some things in a more diificult manner than they needed to be done in, but I still finished this before the deadline! I am not satisfied with her face, but that doesnt stop me from being proud of this! ( its just she looks unintentionally old and im not sure why) I am excited to be a part of this, and for the challenges coming my way, starting tomorrow.

🌻 OOC: The storyline stuff I was working towards with the journals and all that has been completely thrown off the rails because I left the guild I was in and now I have no idea how to recenter it. Honestly I’m pretty devastated about what happened. Pretty much none of Riize’s plotlines have ever reached their conclusions because something happens and I’m left holding the tab.

🌻 OOC: I wanted to go to Bonfire Bash but didn’t again. It was in its second year when I started playing in 2017 and wasn’t in the community enough to know much about it. In 2018 I was in the middle of moving so I was too busy. In 2019 I wasn’t playing over the summer (and was also moving again) but I made a note on Twitter about how my one WoW RP regret was never going to STVBB. Now 2020 rolls around and I convinced myself that the guild BS that happened would sap the fun out of being in-game and that there were some folks there who I have a lot of raw, unresolved feelings about so I stayed offline for day 1 and did Perky Pugs stream lurking on day 2. I got my dragon (after being in stream for 11 hours) but seeing all the art and happy posts on Twitter about how well it went pretty much sapped the joy out of getting the Uncorrupted Voidwing and reminded me of how lonely I feel.

🌻 OOC: I miss the good times a lot and would give a lot to bring that back.
