Kate Moss fue grande por muchas cosas, desde la pasarela se propulsó para hablar de muchas cosas de importancia para todas las mujeres, pero no vengo a hablar de eso ni del conato de proto cancelación (aún no existía eso como lo conocemos) que sufrió. Al ser contemporánea mía pero su prime pillarme tan joven a mi, se puede decir que ando re descubriéndola a ratos durante esta década por retazos que me llegan de ella…

I came to talk to you about this photo. Seeing it, which I think I knew before, I noticed something new. Am I overanalyzing? I thought, so I'd better tell you and tell me if I'm going too far… Seeing her like that in the photo made me think that Moss was SO brilliant and a fashion pioneer that back in 1999, before blogs and photoblogs existed, she was creating a pose or even a mood very much of these and very much of this century: the era of beautiful women and girl bloggers who immortalize themselves ignoring the world, exhausted, tired of the world, its speed, and notifications. Looking beautiful, I'm not saying no; but as beautiful as they are tired, trying to retreat from the worldly noise that absorbs them. She created that trend… or once again I'm overanalyzing.

Les venía a hablar de esta foto. Al verla, que creo que conocía de antes, reparé en algo nuevo. ¿Sobre analizo? Pensé, así que mejor contaros y me decís si me excedo… Al verla así en la foto me dio por pensar que Moss era TAN genial y preclara en modas que aquí en 1999 antes de existir los blogs y fotoblogs estaba configurando una pose o incluso mood muy de estos y muy de este siglo: la era de bellas mujeres y chicas bloggeras que se inmortalizan pasando del mundo agotadas, cansadas del mundo, su velocidad y los notificaciones. Luciendo bellas, no digo que no; pero tan bellas como cansadas intentando retirarse del mundanal ruido que las absorbe. Ella creó esa moda… o una vez más estoy sobreanalizando.

The heads took me quite a while to find and cut, specially Elita's, since she's not much of a smiler. That's why she has stars (I took it from Pinterest, mind you.) Also, sorry about the heads feeling quite static. And the heads on the Zoolander GIF not fitting with the character's heads.
