okay but fr i feel like sagishi would let ryota ramble and talk about his animations and manga collections. just listening and asking questions. they don't fully understand what mitarai is saying, but as long as he isn't overworking himself it's fine.

ryota would sit and talk for hours about his favorite types of lighting character design, programs to use, animation styles... he'd rant about bad character tropes while sagishi gradually leads him to the table and tricks him into finally eating something. they'd stick around until he's fully done and make sure he gets to bed on a decent time.
