Digital Art on an Ipad along with the camera again would be an amazing improvement but 800 bucks for everything yikes I can't even afford 200 I barely afforded my phone!

Just ask my LG Vista circa 2015 or my Samsung Galaxy Tablet s3 circa 2014 or my Lg G pad x Circa 2016 btw I've actually spent 100 to rescue that ones screen seriously its the most expensive tech I have stylo was 150$ that one was 240$ new I got it for free with the upgrade of the Vista so I went for it the Orignal got shattered and then got it replaced and within a week again shattered got stored found and repaired now I guard it like a lion I use its camera more then my Stylo when possible.

Spotted by the eagle-eyes at MySmartPrice, a ‘Galaxy Note 20 Ultra’ has just been certified by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), the standards organization which oversees the development of Bluetooth standards and licensing. Furthermore, unlike the $1,400 Galaxy S20 Ultra, Samsung’s Note 20 Ultra is shaping up to be a very smart buy indeed. 

The reason for this lies in both the name and the model number. While Bluetooth SIG lists the name of this new phone as the ‘Galaxy Note20 Ultra’, it also confirms the model number is SM-N986U. This model number was recently certified in China as belonging to the Note 20 Plus. 

Why the confusion? Bluetooth SIG typically gets devices early and that means marketing discrepancies with the final retail product can arise. For example, last year Bluetooth SIG certified the Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11 Plus before Samsung renamed them as the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus. Now the same appears to be true for the Note 20 Ultra becoming the Note 20 Plus. And this is brilliant news. 

Why? Because we now know Samsung designed this device as an Ultra but will price it as a Plus. And the leaked specifications bear this out with the phone beating the Galaxy S20 Ultra in almost every way.

It appears that Samsung has accidentally let images of its latest Galaxy device, the S20, slip on it’s website according to the folks at WinFuture. The leaked photos seem to be marketing photos that someone has put up before schedule, and the eagle-eyed reporters at WinFuture were the first to notice the mistake.

That’s all the better for us, as this gives us a nice prelaunch view of the device. The images verify a lot of the rumors going around about the new Galaxy device. For example, it seems almost certain that the new flagship smartphone will be called the Galaxy S20. This is a strange move by Samsung, because their last flagship was called the Galaxy S10, and the S11 moniker makes much more sense. Besides the name, we also have confirmation of an almost full-screen display, with slight bezels on the top and bottom. The phone will also feature a hole punch front facing camera similar to the S10 in the top-middle of the phone.

Moving to the back, the Galaxy S20 will have a three-camera array, contained in a tall rectangular camera bump. The leaked images also show a gray case embedded with LEDs, which looks a lot like the LED case launched with the Galaxy S10. The phone is expected to come in three different models, with the “Ultra” model containing a lot of high-end specs. Keeping its competition in view, Samsung will offer a 120Hz in all three models as well as support for 5G.

The official launch of the phone will take place in Samsung’s Unpacked event, scheduled for February 11th. The Galaxy S20 is expected to be the main attraction for the show along with the rumoured Galaxy Z Flip folding phone.

What to expect from Samsung’s S20 event

Next Tuesday, Samsung kicks off smartphone season with its Unpacked event in San Francisco. One of two tentpole events for the company, the big show brings with it the latest edition of the company’s primary flagship line, the Galaxy S.

Samsung played a fun little trick, holding the event on February 11th at 11AM PT, all while skipping the Galaxy S11 entirely. Granted, this is still firmly in the realm of rumors here, but evidence is mounting that the company is actually skipping nine full model numbers and going straight to the Galaxy S20.

Why? Well, reasons. It’s 2020, for one. Also, Apple skipped the iPhone 9 a while back, so Samsung can now do it nine better — and perhaps adopt a numbering system more akin to Huawei’s 10-at-a-time updates. Honestly, though, the most likely answer is the simplest: Smartphone sales have slowed for many manufacturers and this is a sneaky way to generate a little interest.

But what’s in a name, really? One thing that’s certainly in line with previous Galaxy releases is the veritable deluge of leaks leaving little to the imagination in the lead-up to the event. We’ve been seeing fairly consistent renders for weeks and months, and earlier this week, what appears to be marketing images have surfaced.

Along with the S20 name, the shots showcase a design scheme featuring a hole punch camera up front (the “Infinity O”) and a long, prominent camera array on the rear. The also-rumored Galaxy S20 Ultra appears to add an even more intense camera array to the mix, including a “Space Zoom 100x,” which would bring a pretty crazy level of zooming capabilities to the smart phone — through, one assumes, a hybrid of digital and optical.

There’s already a lot of camera literature to crawl through here, including the patenting of the term “nonacell.” That, understandably sounds like nonasense, but appears to use pixel binning to create 12-megapixel images from the 108-megapixel sensor. That seems likely to be reserved for the Ultra — one of the versions of the handset, which include the S20 and S20+. All are believed to have a 5G option — logical, given that Samsung was among the first to bring the technology to market.

We have less information about the Galaxy Z Flip, but Samsung’s second foldable appears destined to get some stage time at the show. The device could well be far more accessible than the original Fold. First, there’s the clamshell design that has more in common with the new Motorola Razr than the original Fold. It’s also believed to be a little more rugged — owing to…issues with the original version of the Fold.

Pricewise, the Flip is expected to be, well, pricey — but considerably less so than the Fold. Rumored at around $1,500, it’s $500 less than Samsung’s original foldable.

With 537 pixels crammed into every inch, it features a 6.3-inch P-OLED display, as well as one of the best camera setups available today – including a 122 megapixel wide-angle lens and a 16 megapixel telephoto lens with impressive low-light capabilities.

For instance, the OnePlus 7T Pro. This device is all about the speed of the user’s experience, which is why they augmented its flagship-level specifications with a 90 hz refresh rate, making it seem even faster.

The 7T Pro doesn’t exactly underperform in other considerations, either. With a 6.7-inch fluid AMOLED display that houses a fingerprint reader, it actually runs on Qualcomm’s creme de la creme processor, the Snapdragon 855+. With three rear-facing cameras and a front-facing selfie camera that pops out of the chassis when used, the camera notch has been eliminated. Finally, because price is always a consideration to some degree, this phone does the least damage to your bank account of the ones we reviewed here with the 8 gigabyte RAM model totalling around $699.

Finally, there are other phones that, while not included in our list, are definitely ones to consider under the right circumstances. These include the Huawei Mate 30 Pro and P30 Pro, the Sony Xperia 1, the LG v50 ThinQ, and the Samsung Galaxy Fold.

We included the “right circumstances” caveat because there is currently a ban on Huawei devices in the United States. Despite their superior hardware, government sanctions have put the kibosh on Huawei products for the time being.

Other devices are also just starting to rise in popularity, like those featuring foldable displays – including the Samsung Galaxy Fold, the Huawei Mate X, and the nostalgia-pumping Motorola Razr. We’ll likely soon see how these foldable devices are received on a wide scale.

Finally, there is also the advent of 5G to consider. A few cities have started to implement the necessary technology for 5G, and so manufacturers will likely start developing 5G-compatible devices before long. While it will likely take years for 5G to become the standard, if you happen to spend time in one of these cities, it may be to your benefit to upgrade.
