The Gifted Graduation ep 1

OMG What is this beginning?! But Lee and Tay?! I didn't expect to see them in this.

Oooo new faces (to me) and Phuwin! It'll be good to see him in this before I watch Never Let Me Go. I didn't really like him in FUTS, so it'll be interesting if he's better in this. But his character Third isn't making any friends with the way he's throwing his weight around. How dare he touch people without asking/their consent?! Damn.

I'm a bit concerned already that I'm not going to get to see the main body of characters from the first season. Where's Pang, Wave et al?!

It feels a bit trippy that I'm watching a high school set show in the same building as The Eclipse with 'student inspectors' with armbands...

This Grace is a sneaky one. What's her motivation? It can't be just that she wants to keep her hairstyle. She must have deeper motivations than that. But what a manipulator. smh

Okay, we get crumbs of the old crew...so are they still students at the school? Are the Gifted classes still running but behind closed doors? Or do they just meet in secret together? If they are still at school and the Gifted Programme has been cancelled for the past year, how do they feel about having missed that part of their education (assuming they liked the programme...)? So many questions.

A white suit...an interesting choice when she's obviously not pure of heart and innocent. And poor Pom looks like shit. What on earth has he been through and why bring him back when he's obviously traumatised. This can't go well...

Look, I don't like Director Supot, never have and hopefully never will, so they can't make me sympathise with him just because the show brings in an even bigger badder wolf. Darin and the Minister can't make me. But she is just creepy the way she speaks so softly as though she's not capable of killing the man in front of her.

And finally finally we get the old crew back - yay! - and the ending has left me suitably intrigued to carry on. Well done. Well done.
