Hand Fracture Surgery

Fractures may take several weeks to months to heal completely. You should limit your activities even after the removal of the cast or brace so that the bone becomes solid enough to bear stress. A rehabilitation programme involving exercises and a gradual increase in activity levels to strengthen the muscles and improve the range of motion is recommended. Hand therapy is a rehabilitation technique to improve the strength and restore functional activity of the hands in patients with upper extremity injuries. It will be initiated within a few days of the injury or surgery and continued until the patient returns to normal activities. Rehabilitative hand therapy aims at minimizing swelling and managing sensitive scars whereas preventive therapy is recommended for minimizing pain, decreasing repetitive firing of sensual impulses in injured nerves, improving motion and strength, preventing or correcting injuries using specially designed splints, teaching ways to cope with pain and new techniques for performing regular activities, and ensuring complete recovery.

Fracture clinic today. Been referred for a CT as I am still experiencing pain. It could be just a long healing process or it could mean I need an op and even then that might not work. #scaphoidfracture is not the one to get. Any other bone would have been preferable!! Ah well x positive thoughts will resume tomorrow

Как и обещал, выходные ещё побухаю🍻, а на неделе пойду качаться💪😁💪 . Очередное моё пришествие в железный спорт и мой персональный аналоговый зал. А вы все ещё думаете, что я только бухаю пиво. То это была правда, просто после моей травмы, я никак не могу полностью восстановиться и полноценно вернуться в спорт. Напомню у меня был сложный перелом ладьевидной кости кисти, я перенёс две операции. Срослась кость не очень хорошо, подвижность левого запястья сильно хуже и постоянные боли. Врачи обещают полную жопу старости. Но я не люблю сдаваться, ещё поборемся Я ещё совсем молодой, буду закачивать. Пока придётся заниматься гимнастикой, растяжкой с небольшими нагрузками. Похудел аж до 67 надо приводить себя в форму. I thought it would look completely together but apparently not. There is new bone joining the two pieces together. The fear was that the bottom piece was not getting any blood supply. I wonder how long it will take to see no beak? Anyway the whiteness around the mended break is really good strong and healthy, just what we were looking for! #scaphoid #scaphoidfracture #healedscaphoid

В нем содержится электронный паспорт, проездной билет подорожник, карта сбербанка,доступ к геолокация по ГЛОНАСС , и другие гос. услуги. Пока катаю, и норм, но скоро думаю его извлекать. Операция прошла хорошо! Купил себе мозгов, так что никогда не пренебрегайте разминкой перед занятиями спортом... Перелом ладьевидной кости, не был выявлен ни на первичном , на на второчном приеме в "центре высоких медицинских технологий на фонтанке им Пирогова. Врач там сделал корявый рентген( в одной проекции) и сказал это растяжение связок. На втором приему(через два месяца), тот же врач рентген даже не был сделан, сказал это связки-болеть будет долго... С ним я ходил БОЛЬШЕ ГОДА, занимался и гонял на соревах, а теперь пропертрован и зашуруплен титаном. Меня ожидает длительное восстановление минимум 3 месяца в гипсе.
