did u think i was joking? i was not fucking joking. ive never joked in my life. and i know what youre all thinking and the answer is YES the brooch on the walking suit is in fact the number one dime. look at my lesbian scrooge mcduck fanart boy.
I wish Ducktales had done at least one musical episode before it ended…maybe it’s just the theatre kid in me but honestly I think it would have been a hit!! And plus a soundtrack for us to enjoy for all time! I have no clue what it would have been about or what songs would have been written…but I still think it would have been wonderful!!
So I have been wracking my brain on what couple Puss and Kitty remind me of. They have that scorned lovers/cat and mouse thing going on.
It was driving me crazy until suddenly, it hit me.
Scrooge and Goldie. They also have the scorned lovers/cat and mouse thing going on and they have been doing it for YEARS.
Like with Puss, Scrooge was also too in love with adventuring to give himself to Goldie. In a way, Goldie wasn’t ready for that either. It wasn’t until they were older that they realized that they have always loved each other.
It’s implied that both puss and Kitty are older and wiser now. They are at a point in their lives where they can be content being together. Either they can keep adventuring, or settle down and just be together. I love that for them.
Scrooge McDuck and Goldie O'Gilt with their family - Duckverse - Gift for my friend
I know it's been a while, but I'd also like to wish a happy birthday to Glittering Goldie, which is usually March 1st, although she appeared in the Carl Barks comic "Back to the Klondike" written on September 18, 1952, and published on January 23, 1953 . years. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to draw an earlier dedication to Glittering Goldie's anniversary, but I did draw one as a gift for my friend who recently celebrated her birthday.
I drew Goldie O'Gilt as an old woman but wearing an old outfit from when she was a Klondike dancer and to impress Scrooge, I also drew Scrooge shyly looking forward to seeing his old love again. Next to them I drew Scrooge's nephew Donald Duck and his love Daisy Duck as well as Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck who they will see as their "grandma" Goldie, and there is Goldie's granddaughter Dickie, who supports her grandmother to be with Scrooge . Like a good family. And there is also a cake for the love couple Scroldie (Scrooge and Goldie). I mostly combined from Donald Duck comics in my own way. And this is my gift for my friend, dear @goldiejake11, who recently celebrated her birthday and I wish you a happy birthday and sorry for the delay!
Feel free to like and reblog this, and please don't use my same ideas without crediting me! Thank you!
Obviously not meant in a romantic way for Louie and Goldie (that’s why I deleted some lines from the song). Saying this just in case there are some weirdos out there watching this.
A remake of the Valentine's Day drawing I made yesterday! I have another Valentine's Day drawing of a different ship but I don't know if I should post it.
