○ You met V through Lizzy you guys met before prom and talked for a while when Lizzy left you guys alone...or rather you did most of the talking V seemed disinterested with you

○ It was only at prom when you found out Lizzy and Dolls plan to kill V...so naturally you tried to stop it

○ Since they were up In the stage..and you couldn't reach V in time...you naturally decided the best course of action would be to attack Doll

○ Of course Doll attacked back and Uzi and N came in just in time and well you know how it went

○ After prom V met up with you after talking to N and Uzi

○ When you landed on Copper 9 alongside V J and N, you really didn't speak to anyone

○ N was nice, but he always wanted V's attention

○ J was a workaholic and only ever wanted to focus on working and nothing else

○ And V was...well V

○ You guys didn't really talk that much in the beginning, but then J had the amazing idea to place you guys in pairs when hunting

○ "R will be working with V, and I will be working with the usseless idiot drone N since he can't do anything right here"

○ It wasn't easy to get V to start talking she mostly only focused on hunting, and you did as well, but then over time, you guys got quicker, meaning that you guys ended up finishing hunting earlier than the others so you guys started talking to eachother

○ You did most of the talking, of course, and V would occasionally answer

○ And gradually, over time, you guys started hanging out more

○ That was until a certain purple haired worker drone stepped outside for the first time

The Way There (part 2)

(Taylor Mill Strip Mall)

*R and B exit the last shop in the strip mall, the latter turning his right arm into a blade to cut off the knob of the front door… just as he’s done for every other joint in the building. Jetfire is patiently waiting outside.*

R: “Any luck?”

Jetfire: “I’ve checked the 5-over-1 across the street, and surveyed the road. Nothing.” 

R: “Great. Shall we move to–”  

B: *raises his hand* “Quiet. Do you hear that?”

*R and Jetfire immediately go silent. Indeed, there was a noise aside from the wind that was crescendoing. On the road, they saw what appeared to be a school bus towing some kind of bobsled… and it was driving way too fast for something its size and the snowy conditions to be considered safe. The white shifter zoomed his optics in (effectively squinting) towards the side of the bus to see where it came from.*

Jetfire: “Outpost… 3… Wasn’t that where your girl was asked to survey for that missing team?”

R: “Indeed. Do you suppose we should trail it?”

Jetfire: “I was thinking more like ambushing them from the skies.”

B: “No, trailing would be a better option. We jump them after they stop, and ask where they’re keeping G. If they don’t give us an answer…”

*His teammate nods, understanding what the larger Disassembly Drone was getting at.*

Jetfire: “Right-o, then, let’s not wait any longer!” *transforms into his spaceplane mode, hovering mid-air* “It’s been a while since I’ve hunted the corrupted anyhoot, this should be fun!” 

*R and B leap atop Jetfire’s wings, and slowly, the three JCJenson robots began tracking the bus.*

(1 hour later…)

*By this point, the passengers had more or less settled in for the rough ride. Rebecca and Damien were exchanging gestures, Boulder and Emily were already bonding over their shared interests in humans and their many works, and Sideswipe…

V: “Hey, we’d like it if you weren’t staring at us.”

*in the seat right beside Sideswipe’s (and Thad’s), Uzi and Bee were planning out the activities during the resort stay in more detail.*

Uzi: “So, should you really do tug-of-war before tear’n’chase, or after?” 

Bee: “What even is that? Tear’n’chase, I mean.”

Uzi: “Hide and seek, but with more violence and brutality!” *says the italicized part with glee, then swings back to her previous mood upon seeing her yellow friend looking concerned.* “It was Cliffjumper’s idea.” 

Bee: “Of course… I’d rather do tug-of-war before we potentially beat each other unconscious.” 

Uzi: “Understandable.”

Bee: “So, when exactly are you going to… do your investigative thing?”

Uzi: “Probably during the first evening. Which reminds me–” *looks aside to see Thad trying to get Sideswipe’s attention, before whispering* “–please keep my terrible excuses for classmates distracted while I do that.”

Bee: *whispering* “Sure, sure.” *beat* “Uh, how do I do that?” 

Uzi: “I don’t know, tell them a scary story or something!” 

N: “What are you guys talking about?”

*The purple shifter and yellow HD jump in surprise, and look to see the male disassembler leaning over their seat.*

Uzi: “ROBO-JESUS— N!!! What are you doing!?”

N: “Uh, trying to strike up a conversation?” *sheepishly smiles* “V and J don’t wanna talk.”

J: *looks annoyed* “Synergistic liability can’t keep his excitement until we reach the assignment area. And I’m not in the mood for any of his road trip songs, either.” *notices Sideswipe still looking in the disassemblers’ general area.* “What?” [[Please stop looking at us like that]]

*The vehicle jerked as Jazz strongarmed the steering to avoid hitting an abandoned car in their way. This throws N to the floor between Uzi + Bee’s seat and the legs of V* 

N: *muffled* “Ow.”

V: [[Use your seatbelt, idiot]]

Sideswipe: *once the swaying stops, to J* “Sorry, it’s not you I’m looking at. I’m just making sure Sunny’s bobsled doesn’t unhitch and we lose it.”

V: “Do you have to look in our direction to do that, loser?” 

Sideswipe: “Hey, not my fault you guys are sitting right in front of the back window.”

Thad: *sitting beside him, closer to the central corridor between the seats* “Bro, it’s okay. Nothing’s gonna happen to the sled.”

“Fuel low. Redirecting to the nearest gas station.”

Uzi: “Well, if you really wanna stretch your legs, it looks like you’ll– WOAH!!!”

*The bus lurches to its left side, slamming its brakes as it overshoots a 90 degree turn, gets back on the road, then pulls itself into an abandoned gas station. Jazz almost immediately starts punching various buttons on the console.*

“Please refill the gas tank within the next 5 minutes for— … Autopilot paused. Changing settings.”

Jazz: *to Trailbreaker, Treavor, Orion Pax* “I’m gonna set this so it only goes as fast as the ol’ speed limits. You guys fill the tank back up.” 

Trailbreaker: “I’ll get on that. Sideswipe, you get Wheeljack’s power amplifier out of the back luggage compartment and get the gas pumps working. Braidon, we’re gonna need your pre-war money to get the gas flowing, follow us out. The rest of you kids, stay put.”

Uzi: *eyebrow twitching* “…nevermind.”

Bee: *to N* “So… uh, what did you want to talk to us about?”
