Having braces now and these wire metal brackets in my face and all now,.... there has definitely been a few adjustments to my diet. Especially with some of my favorite things. One of which being that I can't just crunch down on an apple 🍎, carrot 🥕 or piece of crunchy or hard fruit.😭😫 So instead of being a big baby about it and giving up all the foods that I love,... I decided to compromise and just make apple juice out of those hard apples. This week's meal prep will consist of: 🐄 Top sirloin pot roast 1/2 cup Cooking red wine 🍷 😋 Balsamic vinegar 🍎 Organic Apple sauce @costco White onions Shallots Jalapeno peppers, chopped Red bell pepper, sliced Green bell peppers, sliced 1/2 Orange bell pepper, sliced 🍊 fresh orange juice 🥕 Organic baby carrots 3 chopped organic zucchinis Onion soup mix Fresh Parsley 1 cup water (or beef bone broth) .... And Whallah. Soft cooked vegetables, carrots 🥕 and apples 🍎 with some amazing and diverse aromas, a sweetness yet kinda spicy savory flavor. And enough pot roast and vegetables for the rest of the week until vacation in South Padre.😍👌Easy. Simple.
