This is the meme I posted on Facebook several years ago and I reposted it. I have to do 70 squats and 290 situps.
I have been having issues with my right leg because I have sciatica so i cannot do a full squat. I made sure that I at least got down there. In between I used my blue resistance band (I have no idea how many pounds it ends up being just the green one didnt really do much for me last time) I figured since I was doing half a squat hit my arms too so in between the first set did the biceps. 2nd set another type of curl. 3nd set butterfly. 4th set tricep curls.
I have a hernia in my stomach. I got it in physical therapy after my coma from straining so hard. Didnt realize it until I started getting stomach aches all the time when I tried to bend over when I started losing weight. Now sometimes especially when I'm bloated it looks like what I call a hernia baby and some days it hurts.
My uga for this journey is to weigh 200lbs. I need to be 250 for hernia surgery.
That being said I cannot do situps. I can do crunches. Since they were not full sit ups I did a set of 10 and 5 v crunches (I obviously cannot bring my elbows to my knees) in between.
I laugh through this entire video because I am truly embarrassed at
1. How difficult this was
2. How humiliating I felt trying to do it.
3. How embarrassed I was to say I am too fat to do these things
But I did them and eventually they will get better.

It went really quick and I felt good 🏃🏼‍♀️ 💪
And then I did pilates & yoga and maaaan that is hard work on some very small muscles!

Well... hello!
I haven’t been on tumblr for 5 years, so as you might have noticed, or not, I’ve had a revamp.
My little boy is now 4.5 months old, and I am striving to gain some type of fitness level back, albeit slowly.
Today, I tested myself, gently, to see where I am at.
So,
22/06/2020.
40 Crunches
40 girly push ups, legs crossed behind.
20 squat and hold for 5.
I think it’s time for a comeback, my body is so weak now.

01-09-2020
So... today is the first day of my 8th comaversery. 8 years ago I was admitted to the hospital with a kidney infection. From there it went septic. I was put on a ventilator and induced into a coma for 18 days. I decided to go ahead and document round 3 I guess this is now? Round 1 was 128 lbs. Round 2 I just cleared it at 64lbs! So my weight is currently 370lb with clothes on. Goal 1 is 350.

How do you have time to work out? My answer: I don't. I "make the time" because my health and wellness is a priority that is very important to me. I don't always feel like working out, trust me. But I always feel so much better when I make it a habit to just do it anyway! We are what we repeatedly do. "How you do anything is how you do everything." Today's work out: Superset-BB pin rows (75 lbs; 12 reps each; 4 sets) Hack Squats- Either on a smith machine (feet way forward and lean against bar) or on a hack squat machine (keep your feet close together) (95 lbs; 15 reps each: 4 sets) Superset-Single arm- Overhead Kettlebell walk-hold the horns and keep the kettlebell above the knuckles instead of letting it lay on your wrist (15 lbs; down turf + back x's 2; 4 sets) Superset-DB Single arm overhead reverse lunges (20 lbs; 12 each leg; 4 sets) Superset-Farmers walk-single arm-keep squared up-lock abs in and stay upright. (40 lbs; down turf + back x's 2; 5 sets) Superset-Rope Y's (Medium rope; 3 X's 45 secs; 5 sets) Russian Twist (Body Weight; 60 secs; 5 sets) Isometric Crunch with lateral heel touches (Body Weight; 60 secs; 5 sets) Spidermans-do these on elbows stationary (Body Weight; 60 secs; 5 sets) And as always, keep your head up, you guys. Thursday July 9, 2020
My body was so sore and so tired I slept through breakfast time. I knew I was going to swim today so added an extra egg for more protein but was still absolutely famished by the time I got home so ate supper early at 430-445. I am exhausted but it's a good exhausted. My body has that happy tired feeling.

Old habits
Let me start by saying I love food and on occasion alcoholic beverages just like most people. I started BeachBody 80 Day Obsession January 15, 2018 a program that you workout for 40-60 minutes and followed time nutrition. This program helped me discovered that white flour foods, white sugar all give me headaches. So for 120 days I was disciplined to eat the right foods for my body but then I gave into temptation. I haven't gained any weight back but I haven't lost either. I an still doing 80 Day Obsession but I'm on Round 2 Day 39. I haven't missed a workout.
I started toying with this new program called 2B Mindset and that's a nutrition based program stating Water first 🐰Veggies most🐰 I love this concept now if I can only start doing it. So starting today I'm going to give it my all for the next 6 weeks.
