How Smmer Camps Build Confidence and Social Skills in Children
Summer is a beautiful time for children to explore, enjoy, and gently grow into themselves. At Vedam Pre School & Day Care in Greater Noida, our summer camp is thoughtfully planned to help children become more confident and socially connected.
We've seen quiet, hesitant children slowly begin to smile, speak, and join in. These small yet meaningful moments—like sharing a crayon or volunteering for a group game—become stepping stones to greater confidence.
Tumblr media
Social development begins when children feel safe to express themselves. Through group stories, simple games, and creative play, they start learning how to communicate, listen, and build early friendships.
What makes the difference is the space we create: where children are not pressured, but gently encouraged. Where trying is appreciated as much as succeeding. Where they feel seen and valued.
Parents often tell us how their child has started greeting guests at home, or confidently joining their friends in camp each morning. For us, these changes are reminders that growth can be joyful, and deeply natural.
At Vedam, our goal is simple—let children enjoy their childhood while learning to be themselves, with kindness, confidence, and curiosity.

What Is CSR Fund and How Does It Support Social Development?
What is a CSR fund and why is it important for businesses? A CSR fund refers to the financial resources that companies allocate specifically for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. In India, under the Companies Act, 2013, eligible companies are required to spend 2% of their average net profits on CSR activities. These funds are used to support various causes such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and rural development. The CSR fund plays a critical role in bridging social gaps, empowering communities, and promoting inclusive growth. When used effectively, it not only benefits society but also strengthens a company’s reputation and stakeholder trust.
