Hey what if the reason Solver-infected Drones run so hot is like how the human body gives itself fevers to fight off infections and such?

I mean, Tessa calls the AS a "sickness" and Alice says that heat keeps the Disassembler cores sluggish and stops them from going all holo-spooky-snake-crab, and we know the DDs are all fleshy and biological on the inside, so maybe they've got a bit of "biological programming" (for lack of a better term) as well?

Very confident when leading others (Natural born leader)

Not afraid of conflict or getting her hands dirty (which saved an employee’s life after they provoked a solver drone)

Professional feral solver handler (knows how to take one down by herself and how to properly hold one)

Solver drones view her as a friend/parent figure 

They also love to mess with her by stealing her hat or batting at her robes while she works 

Ridley learned from observing them that they like to perch on things they like or have a trust in. Majority of the solver subjects tend to sit right by or on her. 

Solver drones also like to bite things, they tend to secretly bite and nibble Ridley’s robes when she’s on break, leaving bite marks at the ends of it (They got shocked for it too)

Another hc: scientists have made an enclosure for feral solvers to reside in until they stop being in feral mode. They tend to make cuddle piles when they sleep. Most piles are large due to the drone’s relationship with one another. They also help clean each other.

Ridley had solver enclosure duty for almost two years after saving that employee’s life, much to her dismay (but it turned out the solver drones weren’t so bad once you got to know em)

Sometimes Ridley would prefer to eat in the enclosure to be alone for a while during lunch (toxic, passive aggressive coworkers are no good). Unfortunately, some subjects try to take her lunch (she doesn’t mind tho)

Ridley also knows all the subjects’ names by heart, often checks in on them when she’s not busy or when the subject is feral

How many Drone types are in your multiverse story? Because it seems like there's a lot more than just the ones we've seen in the show.

Worker Drones: Drones designed to help with mining and excavation projects.

Worker Drone Plus: An attempted prototype for an advanced Worker Drone model designed to do construction and deconstruction work thanks to their added bulk and built-in tools that makes it like a swiss army knife...Given how costly it was to mass produce them, only five of them were ever made...For now at least.

Disassembly Drones: Combat units designed to hunt down and terminate any and all rogue A.I with the weapons they're built within them.

Guard Drones/"Murder Husks": consumer model versions of Disassembly drones that are designed to guard and protect important/assigned people, places, and things...Being models that are designed for the puplic, they have less features than the originals, a lot more cheaper to build, and are soulless machines with no emotion to speak of.

Murder Cubes/Cube Drones/Worker Cubes: rare cube drone hybrids that are very random in what they're capable of doing with the Smart Cube/Internecion Cube built within their cores...Some are less stable in mind, body, and soul than others...

Solver Drones: Special drones that have been infected with Code Stringer's Absolute Solver virus and tend to vary in what they can do with the only consistency being dwindling sanity and rising corruption that usually ends with them becoming a slave to the corrupt God of Steel...

"Never be Alone"

Started on the sixth of January and planned to be finished on the fourteenth, but landed up not doing that. Somewhere on the sixteenth, I basically said "haha whoops" and pumped out twenty panels. According to Procreate, it took 15 hours and 37 minutes to finish Panels 1-10; 27 hours and 15 minutes on Panels 11-20; and 34 hours and 8 minutes for Panels 21-30.

In total, I have no idea. I just know it took some serious time.

Unlike with She's Gone, I wrote a script. Well, all I wrote was dialogue and some minor actions for Panels 5-23, though lines were changed "in post." Everything else was by the seat of my pants. However, I can say for sure that I was planning on ending it with N being hopeful, but all I had room for was him crying. He cannot catch a break.

(also to those who suspected uzi was still in there, guess you were right all along.)

When SDs and DDs have kids, they get chonky This is bc they store extra oil and minerals in themselves for the child’s warmth and food (this also happens when they adopt too)

Like honey bees, SDs and DDs regurgitate the oil in a form of a dewdrop before storing it some place safe for later. This only happens when SDs and DDs are in a large group together (like make up colonies)

The CFL had to deal with a few chonky subjects back then. At first they thought the subjects were somehow stealing more food for themselves

It wasn’t until a female subject (the one that steals Ridley’s hat often) took Ridley back to the cave (the enclosure ferals stay) while in feral mode to show her their babies (context: the subject used Ridley’s hat as a way to keep her and her mate’s babies in, aka a baby holder)

“Look I made babies Ms.Ridley! :3” (ferals can’t talk but that’s basically what she would say)

“That..that’s wonderful subject 20…(I gotta tell the others..)”

SDs and DDs also hand their babies to DDs/SDs they trust when they’re away too (nannies/babysitters)

Ridley sometimes had 3 triplets given to her by the parents
