This is the first list of MANY. I Intend to hopefully share each fic from Ao3! NOW, SOME OF THESE ARE LOCKED if you do NOT have an account, be warned when you click the links!

With Love by @magiccatprincess: There are plenty of things you can do with love, but when does something really count as having been done for the name of love? (The infamous In the Name of Love fic, it's a good one to cry to)

Mythology of Love by @silvormoon: A magical world where the cast of Boueibu are gods and priests. Parts are numbered in chronological order, but don't necessarily need to be read that way. (This inspired my own God AU ngl)

Mean Boys by @deuterium51614: Teenage Yufuin En was educated in America. When his family moves back to Japan, En finally gets to experience high school in Japan and gets a quick primer on the cruel, tacit laws of popularity that divide his fellow students into tightly knit cliques. He unwittingly finds himself in the good graces of an elite group of cool students, the Student Council, dubbed "Caerula Adamas," but En soon realizes how his shallow group of new friends earned this nickname.(It is an indisputable fact that, if the curry incident never happened, the plot of Boueibu would be almost identical to Mean Girls, but with magical boy elements.) ((Mean Girls+Boueibu does make sense))

Life Without Love by Charm545: Slight AU. The Conquest Club decides to target the source of their enemy’s power: love. (TBH this fic has lived rent free in my head for years)

Something Wicked By @mostlikelytofangirl: The adventures of a group of missfit mystic creatures and their lives in the city of Salem, Massachusetts, narrated through the eyes of a witch and his cat familiar. Trying to live peacefully will proof to be more difficult than what any of them expected. (just know this series really got me into Akorima)

LOVE! LOVE! Adventures by @deuterium51614's cool mom: Enkin fanfiction written by my mom. (no really these are, it's amazing)

God of Light and Love by @koolkitty9: A rewrite of my infamous God of Love AU, Hakone Yumoto, the heir to the throne of Love , also known as: His Highness, Prince Scarlet, Yumoto Hakone, God of Light, Heir to the Throne of Love, is the next God of Love, who is cursed to die by Hireashi. He has to awaken his powers and finish what his ancestors once started. (listen I will never shut up about this au so I'm going to 100% have to subject it to you guys this early on for this list)

(Two Oh) Two Three, Love and Joy by SicTransitVictoria: The Battle Lovers don't know each other's identities. Same for Caerula Adamas. But somehow, Yumoto knows everyone. (I like this one a lot, it's fun!)

Nighttime Rituals by @fortune-maiden: The last futon comes into his view, and as soon as he sees it, sleep escapes him completely and his unease intensifies. Yumoto is gone. (Another one I think of often)

Two Princes by @soullessserenity: Prince Kinshiro meets his future spouse, prince Yumoto, for the first time. (This one is really sweet)

Kinshiro's Immortal by @thatlittledandere: I couldn't find the original My Immortal summary so I'll just introduce this as what it is: a poor rewrite of My Immortal with Kinshiro Kusatsu as the main character. Nobody asked for this and it's going to be very very painful for all parties involved but here it is. (no this is exactly what you think it is, a very iconic fic)

Ichiro's birthday was the 8th of August, so the Love Macho account shared this icon.

If you have the Love Macho account as a friend on Line, you can try sending special keywords (such as character names) and see what replies you get. Tested it with En and not only does it give you the character profile text, it gives you an icon as a present.

This campaign's already over, but on 8th - 9th Aug. 2024 (all dates/times JST), there was a "Single Stroke of the Day" campaign. Basically, it said how Akihiko felt that day. (The image says "Tap here to show results".)

Hi, @soullessserenity here with yet another boueibu event idea. Since this one isn't Happy Kiss-specific, I felt making a new blog was appropriate!

As you might have been able to tell from the blog's URL, this is a rarepair-focused event! But before we can get to deciding on a date or on prompts, I want to first get "rarepair" defined for this event.

Now, sure, one could say "just go off of the AO3 ship tag numbers!" But I don't think it's that simple. As an example, it doesn't really reflect on how much fanart there might be for a ship. It also doesn't reflect shippers who may not necessarily make fanwork for a ship, but are still present as people who engage with fanwork of it a lot. And even if we were to go based only on fics, there is also a question of "what if a tiny amount of authors manages to be so prolific that they make more fics for ship X than double the amount of authors for ship Y have made"?

Hopefully you can see that my point is that using AO3 work numbers isn't necessarily a good measure for rarepairs, specially if we are planning to do an event that includes types of fanworks aside from fic.

I don't think there IS anyway to make a hard definition for what counts as a rarepair. However, my idea for figuring what ships would count for this event is: basically ask everyone what they ship PLUS what they have seen that others ship. The ships that show up the most getting disqualified for the event.

I have made this form for that. (Shout out to @koolkitty9 for giving it a look earlier and giving me some feedback! \o/ ) How long it'll take to answer will depend on you personally. Such as how much of a multishipper you are, how many different ships you have seen throughout your time in this fandom, if you decide to include polyships in your answers, if you decide to give an estimate of how many people you've seen ship something, etc.

For now, the form is staying up for about a week. I *might* change my mind later and extend it, but that will depend on whatever happens throughout the week.

My unpopular opinion about this character

Yu in the anime, Yu in Dancing and Arena (and BBtag) and Souji in the manga are like different characters, not to mention the stage play and whatever we get out of the silent protagonist in the game, so I think it's pretty useless to argue about what Yu is "canonically". He loves his family and friends, that's consistent. He is what you want him to be pretty much. I have my own set ways but I'm not too picky about how others depict him, I've read some very different Yus. Sometimes he's even been an asshole. That's fun <3

Is FFN still up I could try to find that one unfortunate post-ghosting-breakup Sounao fic.

Naoto mainly <3<3 Soukan can be good too but I'm not too actively into it for obvious reasons. Yosuke preventing the NICE gays from getting together in peace smh 🙄

My non-romantic OTP for this character

Yu and Rise <3<3 Yu is just good for everyone and I lovve the theoretical first-year solidarity that the trio has in my head and briefly in P4D featuring Teddie who I forgot exists again godd dammit.

My unpopular opinion about this character

I don't really have any? Kanji is bi or pan but even that is popular enough despite being contested.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

It's gonna be about Naoto again they have good moments but I'm always in need of more Kannao where Naoto is nice or appreciative to Kanji. Like it happens but it could happen MORE lol. Yesterday when listening to a Time Judged All Mashup and looking at the differences in the lyrics. (Man those differences... ;w;)

Nope, and will never.

I did track and field for a bit in middle school, and that's about it.

1. In high school I took every single history class but one because I thought I was going to become a historian but actually hated college.

2. I played baseball growing up and was one of the best hitters. I sucked at getting to second base though.
