Phase 1: (1-3 weeks) Goals
Restore non-painful range of motion (ROM)
Retard muscular atrophy
Decrease pain/inflammation
Improve postural awareness
Minimize stress to healing structures
Independent with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Prevent muscular inhibition
Wean off sling
Precautions:
Care should be taken with abduction (with both active range of motion (AROM) and passive range of motion (PROM) to avoid unnecessary compression of subacromial structures
Creating or reinforcing poor movement patterns, such as excessive scapulothoracic motion with upper extremity elevation, should be avoided.
Decided to give the vertical bars another bash at climbing. Still lots of training. Hopefully after a few sessions will be able to lower or raise hand’s missing out the middle bar. Ok, it's about time the serie of Umbrella Academy character gets posted ! I started them when I start the current season, maybe in september, then came Inktober that halted all.. And I finished it on november BUT, As I wasnt focused, I got wrong on the scale of the two last characters. (my character heights, side by side, are absolutly wrong !).
