the cutest thing to me is an adult sized plastic potty. I love them. Just Izzy getting to sit on a potty with his legs in the little slots and the little plastic bit in the middle up against his tummy. Stede gives him a kiss and a treat whenever he makes it to the potty without any spills and Izzy stands at the sink with Stede and tries to help him clean it (he just plays with the water while Stede washes up)

another great thing about plastic potties is that they're portable.... so Stede can bring them anywhere for izzy to use.... any time

Aaaaaa yes oh my GOD- honestly though, adult sized potties that have cute designs and stuff are untapped gold with omo and softnessssss AAAAAÀ 😭💕💕

Omfg, portable- maybe Stede will bring it on car rides for quick potty trips to save Izzy from having to try and hold it longer pr to have to go pee directly on the side of the yucky road☆ or even in the living room if like, Izzy is too intrigued by whatever is on tv xD

Never Saying Goodbye To You; A Flashback Thread | Tai

Wesley wasn’t exactly a rough and tough kind of boy, but crying in the storage closet of an orphanage was a new low, even for him. He’d never been able to stomach change well, and too much was happening too soon. He and Tai were quickly getting older, and the bishops were less and less willing to accommodate them. Tai’s utterly ridiculous growth spurt hadn’t helped their case, either. Any day now they could be kicked out. Tai swore he was working on a plan, so Wes internalized his fears and tried to let his unfailing trust in Tai carry him through this.

That had lasted about a week. Then he was right back to panic; hence, the closet. Arms wrap around knees and he rests his head against them, ragged breath forcefully exhaled. He isn’t sure what even set him off, or if there’d been a trigger at all. Everything was a trigger when you were desperately in love with another male, whilst relying entirely on the same church that condemns you, for food and shelter. He loses himself in the panic for a while, time fading away a little bit.

A scuffle outside the door has Wes’ head popping up, and he hisses when his head smacks against the stone wall behind it.

“I-is that you, Tai?” he calls, ready to hide better if it isn’t him.

a fair return by thingswithwings this story is a MASTERPIECE with well over 200k words of patrick’s journey through discovering/feeling comfortable with his sexuality. truly beautiful and perfect for pride!

well, here we are, we guess by scriblit, this is also a pride fic but it’s short ish and very very funny and lighthearted!

this must be the place by sparklesmagiclightlove, this is such a simple fic but i just think it’s so amazing and sweet and i cried when reading it (it also features a side of twyla/stevie which is just an added bonus)

(Also full disclosure I spoil a movie that’s 25 years old that I hope everybody has seen at some point and a film that I personally think is one of the saddest movies ever?? Also if you haven’t seen it, or never heard of it, I’m about to feel v. old)

Valentine’s Day Requests Are Open!

One of your favorite nights of the week was when Tom had off from work and the two of you would spend the entire night inside of the house together. Cooking dinner together, followed by a movie on the couch, cuddled in each other’s arms underneath a blanket in the dark. It was so relaxing, the two of you always looked forward to it.

“What movie are we gonna watch, darling?” Tom asked as he climbed onto the couch next to you after changing into his comfy grey sweats that you loved so much. He always wanted you decide on what to watch. The movie never mattered to him as long as he got to watch it with you.

“My Girl,” you answered him nonchalantly as you pulled it up on the television screen. One of your favorite movies, not even giving it a second thought as he hit play on the screen.

Tom made a face, “I’ve never seen that, I don’t think,” he shrugged while he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close to him from underneath the blanket as his feet began tangling up with yours.

“Oh no,” you giggled as you rested your head against his shoulder, making yourself comfortable as the opening credits began to appear on screen, “I should warn you, it’s kinda sad then,” you told him to give him full disclosure.

Tom was obviously a movie person, and adored all films. Especially watching them with you. Whether it was a comedy, or a sad movie, he never cared. He trusted your judgment, and he was always a sucker for a touching story.

“Want me to grab the tissues for you, then?” Tom teased as he squeezed you playfully, making you giggle as you rolled your eyes at him. Nestling into each other as the movie begun.

You smiled at all of Tom’s little reactions throughout the film. He sweet little “Awws,” when the adorable first kiss scene came on; how he would squeeze your hand nervously at the horrible, “Did I Kill My Mother Scene?” which made you fall in love with Tom just a little bit more.

And seeing this movie one thousand times, you knew what was coming next…

“Oh god, he’s going into the woods to find her mood ring, that is so sweet,” Tom cooed as he ran his fingers up and down your back. His free hand pushed his glasses up his nose so he could focus on the scene.

You cringed, burying yourself into Tom’s chest. Knowing exactly what was coming…

“Oh no…” Tom whispered to himself, removing his hand from your back as he ran it over his face in disbelief. He could sense what might happen, but he wanted a happy ending to this story.

Tom’s chest tightened as he watch the movie that started out so sweet and innocent, unravel into something that made a lump begin to form in his throat. Biting his lip, he felt his eyes began to water in what was probably the most heart wrenching scene in the entire movie.

“He can’t see without his glasses…!” The speakers on the TV cried out, and Tom brushed his thumb against his under eye, trying to hide the tears that you warned him about early.

Noticing his motion from the side of your eye, you turned your head and you saw Tom frozen in place, with a few more tears glistening down his cheeks. You couldn’t help but smile at how touched he was as you let out a small laugh, “You’re crying,” you told him with a smile

“N-no..I’m not. S-shut up,” Tom murmured as he rubbed his shoulder over his cheek to wipe away his tear.

You didn’t say anything; you just pivoted yourself to face him with a raised eyebrow. The smirk on your face digging into him as you waited for him to admit the truth.

“It’s really sad, Y/N! This poor fucking girl already endured so much tragedy in her life and now Thomas J? What the fuck?!” he asked you, but another stream of tears started coming down.

You smiled wider when you saw Tom’s cheeks turning red. Leaning upward, you pressed your lips against his cheek, running your fingers through his hair to make him feel a bit better, “I love seeing you so passionate and vulnerable about something like a movie like this,” you told him sincerely.

“Can you just…hold my hand until the end of the movie, please?” Tom finally asked anxiously. Knowing he needed some comfort to get through this movie that was making him way too emotional.

Lacing your fingers with his, you kissed him again as you settled back into the movie with him. Finding even more ways that still made you fall in love with him.
