something about max being dressed in lighter colors at the beginning of the game vs her almost being dressed in all black / just straight up dark colors near the end just scratches my brain so good

Religiously i think about one of my twitter mutuals pointing out how aoki's design is subtly asymmetrical while ichiban is more symmetrical
when i think of it, masato's design is fairly symmetrical as well isnt it.....

everyone thinks mike would be the one to give himself a shitty / edgy bathroom lighting n regular scissors haircut, which is fair, but i think... it would be will. bc he's had the same hairstyle since FOREVER and i can just see him wanting to switch it up a little once he's grown and on his own away from hawkins. especially if he goes to an artsy fartsy lib arts college n is surrounded by kindred spirits. he stares at himself in the mirror for like ten minutes flipping between "okay, this time i'm gonna do it" and "wtf am i even thinking rn this is crazy" until he finally takes a deep breath n goes "fuck it, we ball" n gives himself something choppy tht matches the kind of music he listens to n no longer makes him look like he jus walked off a corn field. maybe even dyes some of it a funky color, too, with mike's help. u only live once, right? n thennnn he gets it all out of his system n goes back to what he likes and is used to n cringes any time someone brings it up hehe<3
