There've been a few polls recently going around for Taskmaster teams and it's made me think about how I think one of the reasons that s16 was so strong for me was that both teams were perfect in different ways.

The sues / dynamite chicks were instantly adorable with how quickly they bonded and how well they worked together, even outside of team tasks in the studio bits

vs the Natural Friends starting off with one of the most awkward introductions in the show's history, which was hiliarious to watch. but they also ended up helping each other out and being cute in their own way as well

Whereas often i feel like there's one team I enjoy more than the other in a lot of the other series.

Anyway since I was thinking about it if anyone what series where you enjoyed both teams in that way or just in general??

series 1-3 of taskmaster have a different vibe to the rest of them idk if its cos theres less episodes or cos the tasks were more basic but there's something rlly unique about them thats not in the next ones

Regional taskmaster is great for a lot of reasons...but New Zealand making a live task as a reference to a random prize task for a different version of the show from literally the other side of the globe may be my new favorite "localization" joke.

one thing i learned from series 8 is that if you're doing taskmaster solely/primarily to win, you're missing the entire point of taskmaster which is to have fun and do ur best
