Colin has said he has taken jobs in the past for the money. I doubt he’d ever reveal which movies, but I think this movie might be one of those turkeys.
My review - It has a great cast - Colin Farrell, Terence Howard, Dominic Cooper. All wonderful actors and it seemed so promising. Colin is great as always and the sniper scene is the most interesting scene. Dead Man Down is like a low budget, poor man’s John Wick. Beatrice’s character is badly written and rather pathetic and annoying throughout. The storyline is too predictable. There’s not much substance to the plot and how it all fits together is clumsy. I think Dead Man Walking would be a more appropriate title.
Trivia - Colin and Terence also co-starred in Hart’s War.

Yes Man (2008)
This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. It is intended to inform people of potential health hazards in movies and does not reflect the quality of the film itself. The information presented here has not been reviewed by any medical professionals.
Yes Man has a brief moment of flickering lights in an elevator. One character takes frequent pictures with camera flashes, none of which strobe. One bar setting has a patterned light in the background. There are some quick flashes of color in the stylized credits at the end of the film.
Two scenes take place at extreme heights, one of which follows a bungee jump. All of the camera work in this film is either stationary or very smooth.
Flashing Lights: 4/10. Motion Sickness: 2/10.
TRIGGER WARNING: One scene involves a suicide attempt. Danny Masterson plays a role in this film.

Imagine what Dion's life would be without Terence and how Terence's existence is narratively important to the story. Without Terence, Dion would be completely dependent on his father. There's no way that version of Dion would cooperate with Joshua. There's no way he would commit treason against his father.
Terence is the core of his patience and endurance to Ultima's plan, for not losing sight of human heart so soon, to keep him grounded. He is what made Dion more than the perfect prince, a war machine, the Bahamut.
So if Terence is removed from who Dion is... then he's only Bahamut
