How would Kage feel if mc had heterochromia? Would he be less insecure about it? And how would he feel if mc was happy that they both had that in common? (Asking cause I have central heterochromia :3 )

He'd love your heterochromia, just like he loves the rest of you! Honestly he probably wouldn't connect the dots that he likes your heterochromia and hates his so he might still talk bad about his heterochromia if he let you find out about it. He often forgets he has it because he always covers it and never looks in the mirror.

I don't think he'd really be less insecure about it in general, but he would feel better about it when it came to you. He'd still be insecure when it comes to other people though and his eyes are still something that he would look at in disgust, but he feels better knowing that you love them.

It would make him happy! It would probably also be relieving to him, he has a hard time telling when people are being genuine or if they're just saying something to make him feel better, but he's also happy that you two have that in common!
