I've had pretty good sex with two men.
The first (3+ year relationship)in the sense that I loved him, I felt safe, and it felt good to be able to be safely exposed and vulnerable with someone I loved. Of course that ended when he made several admissions of his own verbally and behaviorally that clearly demonstrated he didn't give two shits about me.
The second(3+ month relationship) in the sense that he was just good at the act itself and very sweet. That is of course until he became an asshole, or dropped the sweet honey trap game to draw me in and as a result of which I promptly dumped him.
If only I could have good sex with a man that loved, respected, and was kind to me all the time 🙄. Because that's not a thing and because I don't want to risk it I have sex with myself and that has been excellent but I still daydream about a man that could see me as a human not an object but the world isn't that way at all. I can't wait till I overcome this nasty ass desire.
Friendships w/ Men
I have several friends that are male. I've been slowly eliminating them. I have one that has invited himself to visit me-- I actually thought for a bit this was something I did (the patrichchal brainwash still has me programmed -- this will take a lifetime of work) -- but actually it's quite clear he's coming to be entertained and hosted. I'm busy as fuck! I work two jobs + consult. Additionally I'm selling/packing everything in my house, and doing so many other grown women things of which he is fully aware. And yet he wants to come to my fucking house and hang out--no hotel, no car rental, just being catered to and entertained!!! I want to cancel! Girl programming has me wanting to be nice and feeling ashamed. I literally don't want male juice in my house, car, shower, kitchen, any fucking where. I feel absolutely disgusted -- this feels extreme like full on hate for men. Additionally I hate his text messages every fucking day -- he's like "Hey" 🙄 why don't you have your own thoughts asshat? Why do you want me to do mental labor for you? Lastly this guy has a girlfriend and they are in an open relationship of which he is unable to make connections with women to be open with while his gf is country hopping with a side beau-- which again is telling because he's coming here for his ego gross 🤢
Anyways, I'm cancelling the visit and also the nice girl in me (programmed, not natural) will probably pay the cost of his ticket because of course he booked non-refundable flights. Fml.

So I need to have a serious conversation with my boyfriend about how our relationship is going, and I’m not really sure what the end result will be. I’m not really looking to end things but things also can’t continue as they currently are.
The awkward parts of this the next time I will see him in person is valentines and the second awkward part is I still need to decide if I’m going to join him and then his family in Italy and then buy a flight if so. I don’t really want to have an intense conversation with a potential sad outcome on Valentine’s Day but I also kind of want to make sure we aren’t just going to instantly break up before I buy a flight. And I don’t want to wait to long on buying a flight in case prices go up. The flights from the USA would be fully refundable for a future flight credits but one leg of the trip is with an international airline (still Ike’s through the us one though) and flights not departing from the us would have change fees. If we talk and decide to keep going and then break up in couple months of making changes doesn’t work, I’ll just change my flights and go ride ponies in Portugal in October instead and if I pay some change fees such it goes. But I don’t want to buy a flight today and break up within the week.
But I also can’t fake anything so trying to wait until Friday or Saturday when we’d most likely see other again and just trying to enjoy the moment on valentines probably won’t work for me.
So then I’m left with either calling him today or tomorrow or just having a hard conversation on valentines. The current plan is to make heart shaped ravioli, so I’d feel like we’d probably do that and have dinner and maybe then talk.
It’s extra annoying because I fully fell for Instagram ads of the lingerie with the bow around the boobs and I wanted to wear that as a fun surprise. But that only works if the conversation is a good one.
I’ve been having some negative feelings for awhile but it took a little bit of self reflection to really sort out my own feelings and what I need and try to figure out what is my own insecurities and anxieties (that I need to work on for my own self) what things I do actually need from him to be happy in the relationship.
I also have a therapy consult scheduled for Wednesday (thru a work program that offers 8 free sessions). It it’s just a 15 min intake sort of thing vs an actual appointment. And that will take time to work thru.
But I actually feel very good about the steps I’m taking/planning to take even if the timing is terrible. And I have all my talking points laid out for what I need to remember to bring up (yes I made a detailed yes, and yes maybe that’s insane but I wanted to get my thoughts in order).
I had mentioned on Saturday morning that we should actually talk about things and we discussed what sort of setting we should have those talks in (I like to bring things up as we’re falling asleep because it’s quite and feels intimate but then he’s half asleep so that’s not great). So hopefully he doesn’t feel too blinded but I’m wondering if I should give him more of a heads or ask if it’d be okay to talk about some things then. Or if it that would just make it worse

Yeah, so progressive! He’s on the picket line! …after using federal authority to break the strike/union contract for railway workers, when they had been demanding better safety inspections, and then within a month we had those train derailments all over the news.
The fact is: things have been very much worse than our political class (which includes Democratic pundits) has been willing to admit for a very long time, and the Democrats are doing what they always do: the barest minimum they think they can get away with and not end up with their heads on spikes. The other day, there was an amendment proposed to raise the maximum corporate tax rate by 7% — which would still have put it only at 28%, which is 9% less than the maximum rate for individuals — to refund those programs which were ending child poverty, which were just killed “by the Republicans”. Every single Democrat in the Senate voted against that amendment. A majority have also voted against forcing the US military to pass an audit to keep all its funding, while also raising that funding — not including aid to Ukraine — by over $20 billion year-over-year twice in a row. They’re killing us on the big decisions, then go out and spend half an hour on a photo opportunity with striking workers and believe that that will make things okay. Biden isn’t going to help the strikers any more than Pelosi and the other Democrats helped Black Lives Matter after showing up in ceremonial costume and taking a knee for a photo opportunity years ago.
They’re not on our side. This is theater, and given Biden’s history of screwing everybody over, not even convincing theater. (Do you have either credit card or student loan debt? In 2005, Biden specifically sponsored the bill which made it practically impossible for you to discharge that debt by declaring bankruptcy… while his son got a high-paid consulting job at MBNA, the national credit-card-issuing bank (now part of Bank of America). Do you disagree with Clarence Thomas, the infamously corrupt Supreme Court Justice? The guy who short-circuited testimony against him was Joe Biden. Upset by the way the legal system is structured to protect violent and even murderous cops? Biden let the police unions write a crime bill and then sponsored it in the 90s, and he’s giving them unprecedented amounts of federal funding today.)
