The following is a document about the Virtual room for Middle School. Education and its style of approach to its application have gone through tremendous change especially in the last two decades due to the overwhelming technological advancement. A brief look at forms of education across the many past generations show a significant difference in the way in which education is being dispensed to students. Many years ago, learning happened in extremely remote and primitive ways. Many scholars came about during this era and made fascinating discoveries in the world of education. In modern classrooms, learning has become extremely sophisticated due to implementation of technology in learning. Ideally, almost every aspect of learning has been virtualized. Libraries have been made electronic and traditional libraries only used rarely for rigorous research only. Teacher-student communication has shifted from physical to virtual. Many learning institutions have embraced virtual learning through online modules. The library thesis will consist of the selected topic, review of the literature, a hypothesis will be developed, the variable will be defined, participants will be discussed, measurement instruments will be selected, and data will be collected and analyzed. The results will be interpreted. At the end of this research paper, recommendations regarding virtual classrooms will be provided. Virtual Classroom for Middle School There has been a lot of controversy on whether or not to adopt the system of virtual teaching in K-12 industry. Many factors have contributed to this unrelenting debate. In a bid to provide solutions to unequal access to education facilities, many proposals kept coming along. In America, public schools mainly get funds from property tax. This factor makes schools in many developing and prominent neighborhoods benefit. The result is that schools in the rich neighborhood tend to perform better than the poor ones (Jarventaus, 2007). The poor and at-risk students are already struggling with other issues of life and therefore, being at the same level with others may be a mere dream. Certainly, education is the engine of mobility and therefore, embracing new technologies in learning seems to be the way forward in realizing mobility in the modern society. However, due to differences in societal issues affecting education, virtual learning comes in handy albeit with some challenges. 1. Based on your previous readings, identify a topic that you would want to work on a thesis.
The topic that the proponent came up with after the previous readings was ‘Smart Garbage Bins or USeP’ that can detect the overflow of waste materials in the garbage bins located at USeP which can be monitored on the phone web browser of the janitors via internet. The proposed tittle aims to determine and segregate waste materials from degradable and non-degradable.

The selected journals follow a certain outline, starting from introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, and acknowledgements and references. Each paper may have an architectural framework of the system or a flow chart. The selected papers also presented figures of the devices and materials that will be used. Sample data can also be found from each paper from their developed prototype.
The following are the terms and concepts which were unknown to the blogger which are therefore defined:
1. GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) - is a digital mobile telephony system which uses variation of time division multiple access (TDMA). GSM digitizes and compresses data, then sends it down a channel with two other streams of user data, each in its own time slot [1].
2.Ultrasonic Sensor - is a device which measures the distance to an object by using sound waves. Creator Eben Upton's aimed to create a low-cost device that would improve programming skills and hardware understanding at the pre-university level [3].
4. Infrared Sensor - An infrared sensor is an electronic instrument used to sense certain characteristics of its surroundings by either emitting and/or detecting infrared radiation. Infrared sensors are also capable of measuring the heat being emitted by an object and detecting motion. Thermal and Quantum infrared sensors are the two main types of infrared sensors [4].
5. Arduino - is an open-source platform used for building electronics projects. Arduino consists of both a microcontroller and an IDE that runs on your computer to write and upload computer code to the physical board. Additionally, the Arduino IDE uses a simplified version of C++ [5].

Liakot Ali et. al [41, 6].
“The NIR reflectance spectroscopy helps to distinguish and eliminate plastic item from MSW and provides all biodegradable substance that can be further used in biogas plant.” – the introduction of NIR spectroscopy further discussed its usability to the proposed system as cited in [41, 7].
“Implementation of the above smart bin can prevent lumping of the trash for a longer period of time thereby preventing the widespread of diseases to a great extent and promising a clean environment in the city [41, 8].” – as this statement is one of the major objectives of the proposed paper, this claim adequately supports the implementation of the system and its underlying good outcomes.
2. IoT-Based Smart Garbage System for Efficient Food Waste Management
“The term Internet of Things was introduced by Kevin Ashton, who was the director of the Auto-ID Center of MIT in 1999 [42, 9].” – the author cited the introduction of internet of things (IoT) as its basic idea were primarily discussed.

The LRC caters to over 15,000 Students pursuing undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses, research scholars, and regarding 1,000 school and employees members. The LRC is housed on 3 floors with a carpet area of 4,289 sqm accommodating various facilities, reading and learning resources, and seating arrangements for regarding five hundred Users at any point-of-time. Wi-Fi, internet access, Electrical plug-in facilities, etc., are provided altogether Reading areas and Study Carrels. Readers will have coffee/tea from vending machines kept in the coffee bar. The Learning Resource Centre is unbroken open from 8 am to 10 pm on all the operating days and 9 am to five pm on Sundays and Holidays.

The Learning Resource Centre has a group of more than 1,00,000 documents, subscribing regarding two hundred print journals, and providing access to over 10,500 online full- text journals and several other abstracting databases. The Beginning
Since I was young, I have always been very focused on my studies because I really wanted to be a medical doctor and my dad used to tell me that the road to getting that “M.D.” will never be easy, that’s why I never wandered and gave most of my time on reading. Well, I also had my fun because I know it’s really unhealthy for a human being to not be able to go out and socialize. But most of my time, really, was spent on books and by books, I meant those educational books that the professors ask you to buy; those books required in a subject. That’s how desperate I was to be a medical doctor.
When I got in to my third year in highschool, I got really interested in arts and crafts. I was so obssessed to designing that when I got in to college, I enrolled myself in achitecture. I had a lot of options before entering the university like computer engineering, electronics and communications engineering, civil engineering and any medical course. I wasn’t very sure at that time what medical course specifically because my mind was totally focused on architecture. The engineerjng courses were just back-ups in case I fail in architecture. On the last month of my first semester in architecture, my body was really stressed out. I got really really thin because I wasn’t getting enough sleep and I couldn’t find time to eat because I have so many plates to finish. At school, lunch break became my nap time because it was the only time that when I have nothing to do. I love architecture. It’s fun and all but my body can only take that much. That’s why I decided to shift in a different course. I was going to pick the engineering options that I had but thought about it hard and imagined that the same things might happen to me and I was frightened by just the thought of it.
And so, I decided to go back and get that “M.D.” I tried enrolling to medical technology from a different university but the dean did not approve my request because one of my grades was not released yet. They wanted to see the complete list of my grades with everything passed. I got tired of waiting and that university was too far from my home, so I decided to enroll myself in biology, kn the same school where I took architecture.
Biology was a very rocky road. I had the best experiences of my life in that course especially when we go to different places. We don’t go to different places to visit. We go to places to do sampling. We had a lot of work to do but in everywhere we go, we never felt tired because we get to see the very relaxing view. Also in biology, I also had a lot of bad experiences like failed grades, rejection from a lot of people, failed relationships and so much more. Compared to when I was in architecture, I can definitely find time to sleep in biology because my father gave me tips on how to manage my studies. My father is a doctor (veterinarian) and he understands my transition from architecture to biology. In architecture, you don’t study that much. You apply what the professor has taught you during discussion to the plates that you will be making the whole night, and you’ll be fine. In biology, you have to memorize a lot and by a lot, I meant 4-5 reference books per subject and atleast 10 scientific articles towards the end of a semester because there will always be a mini-thesis, our ticket to passing a subject. The technique taught by my father was to always read what the teacher taught on that day, at night when I get home and do advance reading so that when the exams come, I don’t have to worry about cramming.
I studied hard in biology but I also had my fun. But, just like when I was in my elementary years, I was mostly in and seldom out. I only had one goal and that was to get that “M.D.” but then something happened..
On my second semester on my third year in biology, I realized that I only had interest in the cardiovascular system and nothing more. I would get very excited as we approach this topic and the rest of the topics, I’m just not down for. The reason for such interest was because I wanted to be a cardiovascular surgeon. I really loved how the heart the operated and how the arteries, veins, and capillaries are arranged in such manner. But I really do think it’s just bias. I thought about it hard for months and realized that, in order to be a good doctor, one must love everything about the human body, its parts, functions, physiology, and etc. I realized my true calling when I enrolled in developmental biology and comparative anatomy. I became so interested about the development of the teeth, which was the report assigned to me, and the different dentition of different species. I tried downloading pdfs and ebooks on dentistry and became so interested in it that I finished a total of 4 books until my last year in biology. I watched a ton of videos on extractions, implants, and so much more and got excited of the thought that I’ll be enrolling in dentistry and the videos that I watched will be what I’ll be doing in the future. It’s exciting!
The pressure got into me after I graduated. My classmates back in highschool are now having jobs and my parents are also trying to convince me to have one too because unfortunately at that time, my father got in to stroke. I didn’t want him to work for me and pay my tuition. I wanted to repay him with everything he had sacrificed for me. Every night I’d be crying because just when I finally knew what I really wanted, I couldn’t have it. My family is very important to me. If it means sacrificing my dreams, I would do for them. But my father saw how much I love dentistry and tried his very best to get back on his feet and told me one day, to go for it. I remembered the exact words “I will do my best to keep myself healthy. All I want for you is to be happy and nothing more. Do not worry about papa. I will be fine.”
And so here I am, enrolled in dentistry. My course, my choice.

So far, institutions like IITs, IIMs, NITs, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) have been actively participating.
