L. – ♦ – FIRST EDITION 2 VOLUME SET UNCOMMON – ♦ – Publisher:  Edward Moxon, London Copyright:  1845 This is a collection of travel memoirs from English judge Thomas Noon Talfourd. Including chapters on Geneva, Paris, Cologne, Strasburg, the Alps and many other fantastic places. Two volumes. 
Condition:  These books are in good condition and will make a great addition to your library. Half calf leather, half marble board, raised leather bands on spine. There is some rubbing on covers and edges as is typical for books of this age. Hinges strong, binding square. Both books bear a private library label on inside front cover and have slight foxing on title page, rest of text block is clean. Page edges are hand marbled. Both books have a penciled in inscription on endpage.
