how have some of you on this site not heard of Kendrick or Drake. Like I get not listening to their music but not even knowing who they are?? Cmon.
#same reason people didn't know who James Baldwin or Tina Turner were & whitewash Mitski’s music#(starts with r and ends with ism)#she speaks yet they say nothing#To clarify I’m a nonblack poc so if this is inappropriate I will delete#but I’ve noticed that a lot of white ppl on this site barely listen to artists of color#again lmk if I’m crossing a line w this post
