Finished our first of many prototype colors Arcees (yes we do plan on selling some!)! Holding her is like holding a piece of the 80s our eldest never knew existed that she would have been endeared to had she known sooner. we were also reminded of how we have met people young and older through this fandom, some joining this year or who were around to witness its beginning and follow it along, and we are so glad to have met so many people who are so kind and understanding through this and share some of the joys we do as we learn together and build off each other. she also reminds us a part of us that our eldest hadnt figured out until later, and this was the first tangible sense of continuity we've had in homaging the human side of 'we have always been here, we always will be' regarding lesbians, sapphics and trans people (prototype Arcee's design colors had orange decades before lesbian flags would or idw1 Arcee kissing Aileron). almost teared up :3

Also she looks kind of like a moth in bot mode with the back of her car on what with the orange round wheel guards and we love this for her

His body’s made up of the Safari LTD grey tabby cat, the scarlet macaw’s wings, one of the mermaids’ tails from their mermaid toob, and pieces of the elk bull’s antlers for his horns :) hot glued together so pardon the visible glue seams, especially around the tail. It was very hard to shave down the tail to fit flush when my only tool is a three year old pocket knife. Anyway here’s a few progress pics for fun

I'm gonna be replacing my Kingdom Blackarachnia with the Takara release and recently became, for some reason, obsessed with the cancelled Halloween Horrorcon Blackarachnia, so I decided to make myself a custom! I've swapped her head for the Buzzworthy one for now just because sculpting a more toy-accurate face wasn't really conductive to the quick and easy dopamine hit I was after.

Get ready for a storm of Chaos! It's my largest custom to date: Discord from My Little Pony!

His head and hands were sculpted by me, the neck and waist joints were 3D printed for me by the wonderful @beetleboo, and the torso, hips/legs/tail were from a Jakks Sisu figure, with some modification added.

There were a lot of bumps int he road getting this custom done, but I'm so, so happy with the results! He looks fantastic, and exactly like what I wanted. He's three feet long from tips of the horns, to the end of his tail, and super fun to pose.

I'm so happy right now. I don't even care there's already a little paint chipping, he still looks great. I love him.
