Infinity Train! Portal AU where the IT characters are Portal characters
Tulip: Debating between Rattman or Virgil. I know Virgil is a fanmade Core from Portal Stories MEL but y’know it would be cute! Y’know with the orange, engineering, floral aesthetic, slight sass. BUUT with Rattman is also good because the companion cube can be OneOne and with Amelia as Glados I feel Rattman can fit her in that context.
Mikayla: MEL if Tulip is Virgil. Other then that, Fact Core
Jesse: idk exactly, some sort of core or test subject probably
Lake: That one turret that goes “i’m different” and you save it from the conveyor belt going to the furnace.
Grace: Chell definitely
Simon: Wheatley!
Hazel: Companion Cube
Ryan: P-Body
Min-Gi: Atlas
Amelia: Glados
Alrick: Cave Johnson because I can’t really think of anybody else who could be him
Extras
Kez: Space Core. (Simon has to deal with her rambles for eternity lol)
Atticus: Adventure Core/Rick
The Steward: The Turrets
Alan Dracula: The defective turrets

STAND NAME: DIRE MAKER
STAND MASTER: TULIP KONSTANTINE
Destructive Power: C
Speed: A
Range: A
Durability: A
Precision: C
Developmental Potential: A
Namesake: Dy'er Maker - Led Zeppelin song
Type: Long-Distance Stand, Artificial Non-Humanoid Stand, Multiple Power Stand
Riddle Projection: Dire Maker has amazing deductive and information processing ability, which allows its User to figure out connections in whatever she is investigating and process them extraordinarily fast. If Tulip sees someone moving their hands to draw something, Dire Maker can create an image of what they are drawing by projecting the image on one of its faces. It is able to project images of certain places and people, symbols, numbers, and other misc. clues that Tulip can see. This Stand’s ability gives her clues to whatever mystery Tulip is concerned about, and leads her to wherever the source is ambiguously, as it allows to notice, process and understand any/all details of any situation or environment no matter how small, allowing her to intuitively understand and solve any problem or situation, no matter how difficult or impossible it may be. It doesn't matter how small the clues or details are: she will automatically know and process them piece by piece.
Shape-Shifting: Dire Maker can change itself from a cube into a sphere, making it mobile to go great distances from its user to lead her. It can leave a trail of glowing dust in this form that only Tulip can see, and disappears whenever she comes near it.
Item Creation: In its original form, Dire Maker can open one of its faces to project any item that Tulip needs when she comes across a certain roadblock in her investigation. The item is very much like any real item that exists, and is a perfect replica that Tulip can use as so. However, it will disappear when Dire Maker sees that there is no longer any need for it. The item can only be something in general, and not whatever specific item Tulip needs. It can even give her something like a flare, a pair of binoculars, or especially a fully loaded pistol gun.
Scattering: Dire Maker can divide itself into miniature cubes out of its body. In this state, it becomes individual parts that are sentient and can move on their own. It is a strategic move it can do when Tulip needs to use stealth and investigate a wide area or multiple places in a building at once.
Integration: In case when its parts are destroyed, an individual piece of Dire Maker can find an object relative to its main body’s size, and merge with it. There, it automatically transforms the object into a new version of its body. Depending on the hardness and density of the object it takes control of, Dire Maker can become harder to break apart.
Vast Storage Space: Dire Maker can hold up to as many things as Tulip needs that are important to her investigation. However, it can only take items that are small enough for it to take. It can project whichever item Tulip wants and summon it.

Infinity Train trailer details
First, I want to talk about Tulip’s gloves:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When she first encounters the train, she’s wearing gloves on both hands and continues to wear them for a while, but she takes them off at some point during the car with all the cubes. It’s while picking one of these gloves back up that the glowing number 115 on her hand first appears, so this car serves as something of a prequel to the pilot.
Tumblr media
Sometime after she meets Atticus, though, she starts wearing a glove over the number hand... which is interesting, because there's at least one scene without Atticus where she doesn’t try to hide her hand at all:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If we assume this scene with the partying monsters is before Corginia, did something happen after meeting Atticus that made her wary about showing the number to other people?
Speaking of scenes without Atticus...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I very nearly missed it, but this isn’t Atticus. This creature doesn’t have an especially bushy tail, is predominantly white rather than orange, lacks a crown, and wears what appears to be a dark blue vest.
Tumblr media
Sounds like a description that fits this sinister-looking cat much better. Said cat also shows up briefly in a different scene, by the “bridge” between cars: (forgive me, I don’t know proper train terminology)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That glowing object seems to have appendages of a sort unfurl as it goes flying through the air, but the trailer only gives us a very brief glimpse of it, so its purpose is anyone’s guess. But in any case, it seems to be the cat’s doing.
Tumblr media
It’s very difficult to make out, but the scene with the flying object might take place here. Note the figures standing off to the side of the bridge:
Tumblr media
What are this cat’s intentions, and what are they doing with Tulip in the scene near the ocean? In any case, it looks cinematic as hell and I’m hyped.
(We hear them ask Tulip if she wants to get off the train, and the flying object is seemingly able to move independently from the train, so maybe they’re also looking for a way out and the object is part of their plan to escape?)
Some more miscellaneous stuff from the trailer:
Tumblr media
This scene is probably where Tulip and One-One first meet, given how Cartoon Network’s “12 Things You Need To Know about Infinity Train” video from 2018 revealed that Tulip first meets One-One as a snowman head.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Much of the pilot seems to be similar, just with the updated design for Tulip and a few different camera angles for various shots, but there are a couple differences that show up too, especially towards the end:
Tumblr media
The encounter with the Steward is looking a lot different, and a lot more sci-fi. There seem to be numerous holes in the train car this time, and it’ll be interesting to see exactly what caused them. (My personal hunch? It was the cat, one way or another.)
Tumblr media
Next, we’ve got this... lightning strike? rift in spacetime? in what appears to be the wasteland the train is traveling through. Definitely lends some credence to the idea that the train itself exists in some sort of otherworldly place, rather than a real-world location.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We’ve got these two glimpses of the inside of a pinball car, which was also alluded to in the “12 Things” video, as was this storyboard:
Tumblr media
Judging by the drum and saxophone floating in front of a backdrop of stars, it seems likely that this is the same room as the one with the piano bridge:
Tumblr media
The look also matches the website page with the music puzzle that you had to solve to unlock the trailer.
Tumblr media
I wonder if those four notes of the theme will end up showing up in the show itself, or if this car will have any plot relevance.
Now, I’m just going to dump a bunch of screenshots of some of the more interesting cars that were easy to miss, given the fast pace of the trailer.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Forest temple car
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Crystal car
Tumblr media
Ball pit car
Tumblr media
Not sure of the theme of the car, or what’s firing at them
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Monster party car
Tumblr media
And last but not least, Cross-Eyed Duck car!

Good Omens Recs
I have smashed so much GO fic that it requires a mass upload. All Ineffable Husbands, obviouslyz
Well Versed in Wanting
Aziraphale has never met anyone else who can so eloquently convey the embodiment of a nonchalant shrug with a quirk of their mouth alone, but Crowley succeeds in doing just that before getting up and sauntering off into the sitting room. Goodness, the sway of his hips when he walks is so unnecessary. A distraction that frankly shouldn’t be allowed.
He lasts thirty-seven minutes before rescheduling their ‘evening’ appointment to ‘imminent’ and informing Crowley there’s been a change of plan.
(or: Crowley stumbles upon Aziraphale’s private book collection, and revelations are had of the non-biblical kind)
The One in which Crowley Discovers Wanking
It began, like most memorable events in Crowley’s life did, with a bad decision; like most bad decisions, it involved poor impulse control and copious amounts of alcohol. The Antichrist had been born, and he put on lipstick and kitten heels to deal with it, but knew that the clock was ticking, and at times when time was slipping away, it helped to hold onto a bottle of gin.
Regulars
Today, Sunday, there's a sense of rightness and quiet. Outside, he hears birdsong that reminds him of home. Rashid drops sugar cubes in each tiny glass bowl—refined white for Lapsang Souchong, demerara for Earl Grey—and readies the tea tray for delivery.
Angels vs Christmas xover w/Supernatural
Gabriel turns up on Christmas morning with an injured angel and demands that the Winchesters summon Crowley, of all people, to fix him up. Dean is grumpy, Cas is confused and Sam is way too drunk for this. No one knows what’s going on.
Ordinary People (The Anything But Ordinary Mix)
Crowley has started to take a proprietary interest in Aziraphale's bookshop.
Speeding Up
Crowley stopped calculating the minute shifts required to bring his knee into contact with Aziraphale’s and looked instead at the divine being next to him currently licking butter off his fingers.
“Wait. You picked this because you thought I’d like it?”
They Are a Pale Picture of You
I crave an infinity of "Aziraphale’s body is perfect no matter what it looks like and Crowley loves him unconditionally" soft romantic asexual fics. So I wrote one myself. Or actually two, now.
Something That Keeps You Here
I crave an infinity of "Aziraphale’s body is perfect no matter what it looks like and Crowley loves him unconditionally and Gabriel can go stick his head in a bucket of paint" soft romantic asexual fics. So I wrote one myself.
Disclaimer: no paint is actually involved.
ACME Instant Tunnel
Aziraphale is a hedonist and Crowley likes to watch.
And I’ve Waited for You
If Aziraphale notices Crowley's attention, he doesn't seem to mind, anyway. He still laughs and talks and savors his food as though it's the most delightful thing he's ever encountered, same as every other time they have lunch together. Or dinner. Or just a quick nibble at that new patisserie, you know, the one with the tulips in the windows, and apparently they have the most scrumptious pain au chocolat, oh, would Crowley like to come along.
Always, Crowley never says. Anywhere. I'd go anywhere with you, as long as you were happy, as long as we were together. It's never been safe to say, too many eyes, too many ears, possibly including those tulips in the windows. And for other reasons.
(Crowley's love for Aziraphale turns out to be requited. That's the plot.)
Too Fast
And how many times, equally, had Aziraphale taken a step back, had let Crowley ache for him and give nothing in return. It had been 52 years and still every spare second of Crowley’s time, he thought about it:
"You go too fast for me, Crowley."
//Based off a brilliant comic done by @_scaramacai on Instagram, and a bunch of A/C headcanons I've picked up along the way.

Infinity Train S01E05 and 06 thoughts
Well, after a bit lacklustre episode 4, episode 5 was EXACTLY what we needed. TIME FOR EMOTIONAL SUFFERING FOR YOUR FAVOURITE CHARACTER! I feel that the order of the episodes could use a switch: if we’ve seen Tulip and her parents sing that song before, the payoff in the crystal episode would have been stronger. But I guess the message is the same: despite all the painful memories, her parents are still on her mind all the time, and Tulip can get a grip with reality and separate made-up memories from the real ones.
The episode does end on an incredibly ominous note, as we now know the Conductor wants something from One-One.
Also, for the record: TRAINS WITH CARS THAT CAN RIDE ON TOP OF OTHER CARS AND SWITCH ORDER IS THE SINGLE COOLEST FUCKING THING EVER.
It reminded me strongly of The Cube, where single cube rooms can move and switch places with other cubes, thus making the traps so much more difficult. (srsly watch the original movie, it’s amazing)
Episode 6 only delves in the mystery of One-One. Is he one of those orbs that.. power up the realities inside the car? Is he like Wheatly from Portal 2, a broken personality core, a part of Conductor, necessary in some way of the engine that powers up the Train? Has he done something bad?
Well, whatever the answer is, One One has found a friend, and learned that whatever has happened, he has to let it go. The whole episode says it in vague metaphors and parallels to Tulip’s now-broken life, and I say it’s done very well. I also liked the fact that Tulip has chosen not to have her journey governed by the number on her hand, it does say a lot about her growth.
Also, we got fluffy Atticus and puppy-eye Atticus and that was very important.
