Lucy and Gabe pt. 2

             Lucy wasn’t going to allow another man to step inside her house especially while Joe was gone. Gabe is an extremely attractive man to her but he ain’t that damn fine to be making last minute pop-ups. So, she thought of a better idea, she suggested that they meet up in his car rather than him stepping inside the house. She couldn’t believe the boldness he had to really decide he wanted to swing by. Despite feeling out of control, she felt excited. She had a visitor coming to see her, a late night one at that. Lucy felt like she was in high school all over again. A guy likes her and to declare his feelings he’s sneaking by her house.

               She playfully teased her short haircut to give it a natural flair, and thought about putting lipstick on but preferred lip gloss. Lucy didn’t want to look so done up for a woman whose only home drinking wine. So many thoughts running through her head she didn’t realize her phone going off. Shortly after the missed call a text message came in. It was from Gabe stating, ‘I’m outside’. Trying to hide her smile she quickly responded ‘Ok comin’ out now’. She grabbed her phone and poured some wine in a water bottle. Yes, she really poured wine in a water bottle, Lucy was already a nervous enough.

               Once she stepped outside, Lucy took a deep breath and inhaled the cool fall air. Her tan Uggs along with her tan sweater kept her perfectly warm for the weather. She scanned all the misty, wet cars until she spotted a black four door Infiniti. Quickly she jogged towards the car in hopes no one she knew saw her. Entering the car, she was greeted with a smile. A man that looks that gorgeous how could you not be in awe of him? Gabe always looked crisp and clean no matter what the occasion. Simply wearing a sweat suit with a white V-neck shirt, not to mention his fresh looking grey Air Max 95’s. The guy looked ready for a sport commercial or something.

               A smile couldn’t help but appear across her face when she saw Gabe. But first,

“Hey, can you park further down from my house?” She asked feeling a bit paranoid. With him being so understanding he didn’t mind. He parked a few houses down and turned off the car lights. At first it was an awkward silence while the music on the car radio was playing. Then finally decided to initiate conversation.

“So how was your evening aside from the drama and uhhh…drinking?” He asked as he reached for her water bottle to sniff inside it. He took a whiff and made a satisfying face afterwards.

“Umm it was ok, I guess.” She giggled as she started to show her drunk behavior.

“I’ve been a couch potato all day, then my loving husband joined me for a while. Which I thought was the start of a good Saturday.”

“Until he decided to go out?”

“That and it just felt like all day he was with me, but he wasn’t with me.” She explained.

Gabe wanting to be everything, including a listening ear gave his full and undivided attention to her. “Elaborate?” he said

“Well…It was a lot of distance between us. We’d talk but it wasn’t any warmth in the conversations we had today. It was very dry, and he couldn’t leave his phone alone, oh my goodness!”

               The alcohol in Lucy makes her very talkative and Gabe saw that early. So he decided to steer the conversation in another direction.

“Do you mind if I ask you a question?” Gabe asked.

“Yeah sure.”

“What’s your fantasy?”

               Lucy got kind of quiet, that question was never asked to her before…ever. Though at the same time it was a very good question because she lived in her head. As a child, all she thought about was fairy tales and as she grew older it turned into fantasies.

“The thing is…in my brain I carry this book of fantasies, if that makes sense.”

“I’m listening.” A worked-up Gabe wanted to hear more.

               Lucy took a few gulps of her wine, she had to get comfortable for this conversation.

“I like to dream in my head, I have plenty of things I fantasize about. It’s just acting on them.”

               She could feel where the depth of this conversation was going. But she didn’t care because with him, she was comfortable. Gabe grabbed Lucy’s bottle of wine, much to her surprise he took a surprise he took a nice sip and handed it back to her. She felt like she should’ve been offended but she wasn’t. She thought it was cute. He was so bold and she loved it.

“Since you have so many fantasies, and you must tell me the rest later on by the way, at least tell me one?” He pleaded.

               Trying to think of one to share, she finally remembered one she was willing to share with him.

“Ok, ok. Wait, this one is too much for you!” she teased.

“Come on Luce don’t punk out. I can handle the story.”

“Ok, here it goes.” She took a deep breath and began to explain.

“I always wanted to be in a candlelit room. It could be one of those fancy bedrooms with a giant canopy bed and those long resting couches in the background. Just real fancy. Anyway, I want the whole ambiance to be erotic. I’m in the bed, right? Making love to my husband, I mean intense. When suddenly, way in the dark corner of the room. Someone is sitting there watching secretly.”

               Gabe was speechless, he didn’t know what to say. He didn’t expect to hear something like that, especially coming from a docile woman like Lucy.

“Well I’ll be damned. One of your fantasies is you and your husband to be watched having sex?”

“Not only that but my husband wouldn’t know.”

“What do you mean your husband wouldn’t know?”

“So, Gabe what’s yours? She eagerly asked. He paused and laughed for a moment.

               She then gave him a ‘who me?’ look. She was curious to find out why she was included. “How am I included?”

“It includes you and me inside a car, you’re the shy but sexy co-worker who just so happens to be taken.”

“Ooooo I’m listening,” Lucy said sounding intrigued.

“I’m serious, for some reason your man messed up and somehow you ended up in my car. Now in my head I’m thinking, I finally got the girl I’ve been eyeing at work. Because you were so devoted to your man, you made it hard to catch you.”                

               As Gabe gets more into the story he slowly inches his body closer to hers. Lucy was feeling quite nervous but didn’t budge and as he continued. “I was also thinking I had to declare my feelings now. Cuz this girl, man she’s different you know? All I needed was one shot to please her body right, in that car.”

               Being the daring man he is, Gabe laid the warmest kiss on Lucy’s soft lips. They both intensely stared into one another’s eyes. Connecting souls as if they were meant to meet. Losing all control, he grabbed Lucy closer to him and passionately tongue kissed her. Desire erupted between the two from the moment they first met. Now feelings are finally confronted and Lucy had stopped everything to ask one question.

“Mmm Gabe wait.”
