Also yeah Charcoal will sometimes place an eyepatch over the Noir, which doesn't really shut them up, but it kinda helps.

This is an AU version of Poppy Marusina from @ut-poppy-askblog. The characters in the bottom are Poppy's adopted siblings Rust and Dusted from @ut-impulse-break.
