I’ve always imagined the Autobots as, like, not really interesting looking? Like, they’re just… Some people, you’d see them on the streets or in a supermarket. Very normal and unnoticeable.

The Decepticons serve Cunt, all of them, even the Vehicons.

HAH, sO true, there's not a single Con who doesn't serve major cunt tbh. I feel like for me my humanformer design strategy is just asking myself "If this guy was just some regular person I could feasibly pass on the street what would they look like?" Then I run with whatever image comes to mind. So like, Megatron is a strong old man to me, so is Optimus but he's a twink when he's Orion, Arcee's a jacked femme lesbian, Ratchet is basically the same to me across all continuities (fat, buff, old, grouchy, usually a greying redhead) except for TFA because TFA Ratchet is a butch lesbian in my heart. Human Bumblebee is always fat and trans in my head, that's a constant regardless of continuity.

In TFP specifically though I think the Cons would all have a much more obvious Gay and Evil vibe going on whereas the Bots all have tired war vet energy. They're all so like,, normal in that show it's not even funny skjhds. Whereas the Prime Cons are like.... Megatron putting his fist through a wall, Knock Out lounging in his medbay Jeff Goldblum Jurassic Park style, Soundwave hovering somewhere in complete silence, they're all so fucking weird (affectionate)
