Recentemente vi o filme: Um Senhor Estagiário. Que está disponível no catalogo da Netflix (22/04/2020). Ele é o meu tipo favorito de filme: Que faz o meu coração ficar quentinho e me inspira a ser uma pessoa melhor, não desistir dos meus sonhos, me faz escrever e principalmente: Me lembra o proposito das minhas ações, do meu lugarzinho no mundo (como dizer: eu sou importante simplesmente por ser eu) Mas tem uma parte nesse filme que me deixa um pouco pensativa, e conversando com uma amiga próxima cheguei a conclusões que acho que merecem ser públicas: (cuidado com spoiler) Traição. No meio filme você descobre que existe uma traição, dói você ver aquela cena, principalmente se você for mulher, pois sempre é aquela mesma historia de sempre: Mulheres fortes não conseguem ter relações com homens, porque eles se sentem inferiores e sempre acaba do mesmo jeito, traição e corações partidos. Conforme a historia passa, eu consigo entender o perdão que ela da no final. Acho que é até plausível, porque o cara veio pedir desculpas e pede para ela não desistir dos sonhos dela por conta da relação deles. Acho isso uma prova de amor genuino e também empatia Esse cara tenta voltar a ser um pouco como antes, quando ele a apoiava incondicionalmente. E eu vi a desculpa nos olhos dela, ele volta atrás antes que ela resolva por o ponto final, antes de tudo desmoronar. 

Só que fica o questionamento, né. O amor masculino está ligado a submissão. Para se ter uma boa relação com um homem, é preciso que ele seja o primeiro e o último pensamento da mulher. 

Madame CJ Walker que é uma série nessa pegada também (ótima que doí) ela sofre da mesma coisa, a unica diferença é que ela não aceita o cara de volta.

Esses dias eu vi uma entrevista da Beyoncé falando do porquê ela tinha voltado com o Jay Z e ela falava sobre repetição de comportamento. Os pais dela são divorciados, os dele também. Era isso que queriam para os seus filhos? É assim que erros são tratos? Inseguranças e questões não resolvidas são simplesmente culpas eternas que jamais existe redenção? As pessoas não mudam num piscar de olhos, é tudo uma construção e muuuuuuita empatia. Hoje eu não sei dizer se traição é o ponto final. Conheço casais que passaram por isso e voltaram mais fortes, e conheço casais que isso foi o indicio de que não tinha mais como seguir em frente na relação. Acho que o problema não está no feito, e sim o que gerou essa ação.

Oktober erscheint eine ‘Deluxe Edition’ zum Soundtrack des neuesten Halloween Films vom Regisseur David Gordon Green, zu dem Halloween Schöpfer John Carpenter (+Sohn Cody) seinerzeit den Score beisteuerte. Die nun erscheinende ‘Expanded Edition’ enthält 28 Minuten bisher unveröffentlichte Musik.

Ein bisschen früh wirkt das schon irgendwie für einen Streifen aus dem letzten Jahr, doch Halloween ist und bleibt ein Zugpferd und er Film war ein Box Office Erfolg, da kann man das schon machen. 24 neue Cue’s verteilt auf über 28 Minuten frisches Material warten auf uns.

Die bei Sacred Bones haben sich richtig Mühe mit dem neuen Cover-Design gegeben auf dem das Konterfeit von Michael Myers getaucht in brennendes Feuer abgebildet ist. Rundherum befindet sich ein sog. ‘lenticular sleeve’ also quasi ein Riffelplastik, dass beim auf- und zuschieben den Effekt lodernder Flamen erzeugt.

Had to add VMP Classics this past month when I saw this album. Its Roberta Flack's 1971 release Quiet Fire. . Although she wouldn't blow up until later in the year, (when her 1969 album went to #1 after a song appeared in a film) this album has all the elements that made her a star. The songs are primarily slow tempo, which may account for why this album wasn't as popular as one would imagine, but her amazing voice shines through all the way.
