what catches your attention the most when you hear a new song? the lyrics, the melody, or the vocals?

interesting question! it majorly depends on the song tbh but most of the time it's the melody for me! my ears usually automatically tune in to the instruments playing in the back, the extra sounds added and the background vocals and all! and then the lyrics in the second listen~

i have a scenario for pantalone this time

i saw in a previous ask that pantalone and darling would dance at formal events, so it had me thinking

i have severe social anxiety, so i wouldn’t be able to do it with the eyes of a lot of people on me but pantalone, being a very good husband, knows this and knows just the right methods to make sure i feel safe and comfy

he just makes me so giddy and i love him so much. (he gives me the princess treatment)

(x) Pantalone would never force you to do something you're uncomfortable with. You don't even need to go to the events if you don't want to. His only wish is that he could stay home with you too - in all honesty, he dreads such societal gatherings but after dealing with them for so long, he's forced himself to like it. You often get to hold him after such events as he finally gets to put his smile away.

On the days when you do attend with Pantalone, he'll do his best to make sure you're okay. Arm linked around yours as you two traverse the room, most people who try to talk more than casual formalities with him get politely and skillfully dismissed. Any conversations that get too overwhelming for you are quickly wrapped up by him. When it's time for the dancing, he will have pulled you away to another empty room where the music can still faintly be heard, so just the two of you can dance, away from prying eyes. Quite a few notice his disappearance but it doesn't matter much to him. He prefers it this way - as much as he likes to show you off, he'd much rather be the only witness to your beauty during moments like these.

Of course, if anyone tries to start something, he is more than ready to give them a few eloquently disrespectful words so they don't open their mouth again. He's spent so long having to bite his tongue in order to survive, but with his current power, he no longer needs to hold back, especially when it comes to his beloved.

OMGGGG So far i totally agree 😭😭😭🤍🤍🤍 it’s the cutest thing in the world to me and they both seem to feel equally lucky they found someone with such a similar interest 🥹 anti social music nerds! I love it so much! I did love the drama of Anthony’s match though that was CRAZYYYY, but something about how simple and sweet Francesca’s little romance is matches her personality so well so I just <333! I agree HEHEHEHEHEHE

BUT THE SEXINESS… colin groveling in that carriage was definitely a strong move, but the TENSION between Anthony and Kate last season cannot be beaten that was actually crazy 😭😭😭

I definitely am excited for next season, but it felt like it went by so fast!! But I think it’s mainly because there was only 4 episodes LOL. And pen & eloise’s friendship troubles :(((((( hic sniff that is HARD

Overall I’d give it a 8/10 so far!

thoughts on jo/kendall (either as a ship itself or how it was portrayed/handled in the show)?

i think like most people tend to say, the relationship had the potential to be a lot more, but like so many aspects of the show it got flattened (it's a kid show yes 🫣... but other nick shows at the moment like icarly managed to handle their relationships with a better pace and all 3 parts involved had rich separate lives). jo's purpose was being kendall's (and the 4 guys in the ep she's introduced) idea of a perfect girlfriend and an actress (only brought up when it can cause trouble for kendall). is it pointedly flat to reflect the shallow aspects of dating in hollywood like they love to bring up? probably not but we can go with that

that being said it's a very silly nick show etc etc and i do like some of the stuff they did with them (kendall's whole trust issues w her in season 2 and how that might be linked to his absent father lol and her holding up that sign at the concert got to me as a kid 😭)
