More Sparrow doodles! Just her hanging out with the tuners or getting herself into trouble. The idea cars carry kids with their mouths kinda like a cat scruffing its kittens is kinda funny to me. Sparrow isn’t a big fan of being carried, thinking she’s too old to be. Unfortunately for her, while she’s starting to be a little too big for them to carry, it’s still a quick way to get her out of danger.

Well, sometime in 2021, I was drawing something with "Cars"... Mostly their pony versions, but I was too shy to post it on Tumblr. Once again being in this fandom, I would like post all this old stuff now.

An old thing for old Pony AU: Cupids used to be forbidden to register for horse racing, since in theory the wings could accelerate the owner with flaps + it hurt to hit other ponies, which was not welcome. Chick, to be allowed, the relatives stopped "just a little bit."

long time no mario redesigns! some of these I've had lying around since. September. but I kept forgetting to upload them but hey now we got a batch lol. Prince Florian, Cappy, Captain Syrup, Tatanga, Wingo, and Kremling duo Krusha and Klump!

Prince Florian, the active ruler of the Flower Kingdom, which has fully recovered from that one time Bowser became its castle. He's been more focused on improving his kingdom, which has left him with little time to adventure as often as he'd like. Design-wise I just made him anthro lol, but I still kept him bug-like with the 4 arms and compound eyes.

Cappy! Like everyone else in the AU he's noticeably older, he's been living fine in Bonneton with Tiara, and he still meets up with Mario from time to time, though without possessing anyone this time. Design-wise I just wanted to give him an old-timey feel!

Captain Syrup! She still sails the seas, looking for the next treasure with her crew, though she's just as likely to just go fuck up Wario's day for no reason lol. She's in surprisingly good terms with the WarioWare employees, who are just so used to Events™ that they just treat her like a friend, which weirds her out but doesn't mind. For her redesign I just wanted her to not look like Evil Pauline lol, and to get some butch vibes up in here.

Tatanga! I'll be real, I have not thought much about him in the AU just yet, so I'll probably update his part later lmao. as for the redesign, I based off his comic look, swapping the red for teal and giving it The Drops Touch™.

Wingo, Captain Toad's enemy! They're still at it, still competing for treasure the same way Wario and Syrup are. As always I made him anthro to fit in with the rest, but in general his design is the same.

Finally, the Kremling duo Krusha and Klump! Still serving K. Rool, but like him they've mellowed out with time, and the deep-seated hatred is now more a rivalry. They're both still relatively ineffective as generals, but they're K. Rool's only friends despite what he says, so they stick around lol. As for their looks, they've been adjusted to match K. Rool's redesign.

Fact: Pidgits are a race of crows that appear in various titles. In Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA), flightless Pidgits were provided magic carpets by Wart, allowing them to fly.

Wingo from Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker may be related to Pidgits.

Sleepy Wingo

Wingo has a lot of silly tattoos that he did himself when he was younger. (He and Komodo have tattoos on their heels that say "bigger retard and smaller retard.")

He falls asleep in the morning. People ask him why he doesn't sleep, his answer is always the same: "Bro, I'm inspired." If he's not drawing or designing tattoos at night, he's just flipping through funny tik toks. D.J. wakes up in the morning and sees +99 messages from Wingo. D.J.'s revenge was accidental, he was just adjusting the speakers and accidentally turned the sound all the way up. "Lol, it was funny watching his confused face."

Is Magikoopa Magic Star/Wish Magic?

So recently I was taking a look at the bosses for Captain Toad Treasure Tracker and I noticed something about the Wingo boss fight. Wingo uses magic, and it has a specific appearance. It resembled Magikoopa magic. Wingo also happened to wearing Power Star the one they snagged at the beginning of the game. This reminded me of something.

Back when I was younger I played Super Mario Galaxy a lot, and this Wingo boss fight reminded me of it. In SMG there is a boss fight with a large Magikoopa named Kamella Koopa. This Koopa has a power star in it's wand, and it uses it to cast magic and it still resembles typical Magikoopa magic. This got me thinking, is Magikoopa magic actual Star/Wish Magic?

I also was reminded of something that happened in Super Mario Galaxy 2, in SMG2 Bowser gains the Power of the Stars and grow big. I wonder if power stars are indeed connected to Magikoopa magic. The reason I say this is because the majority of times Bowser grows big it's because of Kamek using his magic on him. So this could mean there is connection between it and the Power of the Stars.

Maybe Magikoopas like Kamek have Mini Stars in their wands that they use to cast magic. While larger Magikoopas like Kamella can place a Power Star in their wands instead. This could also end up explaining why Wingo is able to use magic that is similar to Magikoopa magic, they are using the Power of the Stars. I n addition maybe the way they use star magic could possibly be considered black magic. So what do you think of my hypothesis?
