Marvel Two-in-One #9 (Gerber & Claremont/Trimpe, May 1975). Thor briefly falls under the Puppet Master’s thrall. Uncle Benjy seems to think, under normal circumstances, he wouldn’t withstand a toe-to-toe with an Asgardian. I’m not so sure!

365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes - One Hero, Every Day, All Year…
December 25th - Wundarr The Aquarian
The hero known as Wundarr heralds from an extra terrestrial world populated by human-like beings.  When he was an infant, Wundarr’s parents became convinced their planet was on the verge of an ecological cataclysm.  Wishing to save their son, they placed him in suspended animation and launched him in a rocket to traverse the galaxy in search of a safe haven.  The ship ultimately came to earth yet passed through a cloud of cosmic radiation before landing. This radiation bestowed Wundarr super strength and resiliency.
Wundarr grew to maturity within the ship and was eventually set free by the creature known as The Man-Thing.  Due to his lack of experience and education, and remaining unaware of his true origins, Wundarr acted emotionally and mentally delayed.  At the same time, Wundarr demonstrated a highly matured sense of kindness and wisdom.  His gentle, childlike purity endeared him to those around him.
Following adventures alongside The Thing and Namor The Sub-Mariner, Wundarr ended up in the custody of the governmental agency called Project PEGASUS.  There his powers were used to aide the scientists at PEGASUS to probe the Cosmic Cube.  In an accidental power overload, Wundarr's mind and body were overwhelmed by the Cube's energies. Consequently, Wundarr's abilities were greatly heightened but his mind was shut down, as it was not yet able to cope with the influx of new power.
In communion with the sentience of the Cosmic Cube, Wundarr gained great knowledge and a sense of purpose. Emerging from his coma, he renamed himself The Aquarian and set forth to use his new powers to bring peace and enlightenment to the world. He has since helped the sentient life-form in the Cube to metamorphose into its next state of being.
Wundarr The Aquarian first appeared in the pages of Fear #17 (1973).

Marvel Two-in-One #2 (Gerber/Kane, Mar 1974). Assassins arrive from Wundarr’s homeworld. At his cousin’s request, Namor intervenes and leaves the infantile Superman parody in the care of Ben Grimm.

Hello there!
It's nice to have Wundarr (a.k.a Aquarian or rather Space Jesus) for Christmas Day theme!
However, I have a little question...Since 2022 is coming to an end, then I wonder whether is Hummingbird (Aracely Penalba) going to have an entry for '365 Marvel Comics Paper Cut-Out SuperHeroes'? She is a supporting character in Yost's Scarlet Spider-Man comic as Kaine's sidekick and she was a New Warrior. If Sun Girl got an entry, then Hummingbird should get one too since she's quite a neglected yet a fan-favorite character.
Howdy
That’s a very good question. Clearly I’m running out of days and have a bunch of extra characters to try to squeeze in. Although since you’ve specifically asked for Hummingbird that seems good enough reason to make an entry for her.
