Okay, Minnie, I finally finished watching Defending Jacob with my sister and . . . oh my god. (I'm gonna keep this spoiler free just in case someone sees this who hasn't watched it)

Andy Barber quickly became one of our favourite Chris characters. When I told my sister he was a hot lawyer + father she was like 'Say no more.' 😂

Like, the beard, the fluffy hair, the sass, the button up shirts, the dad poses, the leans, the protectiveness, the emotions! Absolute perfection.

Tbh honest for most of the show the main thing I felt for him was the need to give him a hug. (He looks like he gives really good ones). Poor guy was going through it - all he wanted was his family safe and sound, but that was apparently too much to hope for. I think he badly needs to meet one of Sebs characters to get some much needed comfort. (A little while ago I reblogged a post from you with Andy x Max so maybe that could work? Sharper is next on the watch list so I'm sure it won't take much for me to ship them lol)

Since following your blog I've been introduced to a lot of really good movies/tv shows and ships. Before I was just into Stucky, but now I'm also here for evanstan + all their characters. They've all taken over my life and I am so grateful for that, so thank you.

Ok holy shit that just actually fucking rocked. My criticisms are all extremely minor and almost fully aesthetics based. It wasn't the story i expected. I thought we would see more of rhe unholy crusades and valen's betrayal, but i dont mind that we didnt. I thought it was a good story, and was kind of like "look at what they managed to survive, so what killed them must have been fucking CRAZYYYY"

Spoilers for TDA rn but some of my favorite bits:

- the maykrs keeping him in a little tantrum cage and the way they freaked out when he started breaking the tether.

- WHEN HE PICKS UP THE TOYS AND PLAYS WITH THEM. FUCK YEAH.

- THE FUCKING DRAGON. IN LOVE WITH HIM.

- the slayer telling ahzrak to run 💖

- thira was cool! She had her own little side story going on and i thought it was neat

- in the extra dimensional tantrum cage when he's kind of just looking around like ???. When he looked at the tether i just knew he was going to blow himself up and he just didnt gaf i love him

- the callback to doom 2016s opening in hell

- the slayer looking SO surprised that valen would come for him.

- when azhrak kills the dragon and you can hear the kill bill sirens going off. Sealed his fate. God and jesus were going NOW YOU FUCKED UP.

- the way the slayer palms the heart of argent to novik as he walks past. It was so casual and yet i could tell how mad and done with it all he was. Like fine, go get your daughter. Ill be over here with nothing. Not even a thank you.

- the way he stopped near the body of the dragon.... breaking my heart over here... he cant have ANYTHING good.

- i really didn't think they could top the BDE of doomguy walking through thr UAC base in eternal and having everyone simultaneously shit their pants, but they REALLY did it. Ahzrak's fear knowing he's coming. The way the camera pans to see him standing there. The fact that it doesn't show ahzrak getting his head bashed in, just the slayer doing the bashing. Then him appearing over the hill, throwing ahzrak's head, and the horde turning to run. GOD. CINEMA.

- valen's betrayal looming on the horizon on that scene with marok. It hasnt happened yet but we know jt will...

- him appropriating the maykr fortress for his own. MY tantrum cage.

heh, I won't count "how the frag does this thing have a spark" from RTE. but it's too funny not to mention. even if it's a completely reasonable response to a mass produced weapon drone having a life signal ✨

Blitzwing (after the initial "how am I not dead") reasonably didn't trust this enemy Cybertronian... but also, they were humming some little old world song, and against his better judgement Blitz thought perhaps they weren't that bad. he still expected them to, y'know, take information and kill him when they were done.

RTE meanwhile didn't have much impression beyond "this thing is a pain in the aft" (Blitz constantly messed up whatever fix they tried to do for a while) until they hooked up a voice synthesizer for him and he pretty much immediately started cursing at them in Quintesson. which RTE found immensely funny. that's where the nickname Sparkfire came from 💖

Favorite memory of each other?

okay let's be real, both of these idiots are so obsessed with each other they have countless memory files of photos and thoughts and all that. like there's SO MANY favorite memories.

Blitzwing's biased-- he'll say the moment he knew RTE was the one, when they helped him learn to fly again the first time, whenever he's asked. but man. the pride on RTE's faceplate when they come home after a good day scavenging (or when Blitz himself scavenges something good!). their protective habits when they're about to crash. the way they pretend to hate his awful puns but can't keep the smile off their screen. wait where'd everybody go <- he started rambling and everyone got annoyed and left the room

RTE has a different answer every time. the first time Blitzy sang to them, seeing his optics light up when he got his Seeker frame, the first time they got to fight together, even the late night Blitzy all but begged them to sneak out so they could go explore Earth-- which RTE did not understand, but how could they say no? at the end of the day though-- RTE will never forget both first times they got to lay on him lmao. that rat has one braincell and it's protect Blitzy by laying on him. but that first you're here, you're okay, you're with me, is so comforting and reassuring to RTE, in a way. 💖

Hey pookie just wanted to give an update on life. It has officially been almost a month since me and I suppose my now ex best friend have stopped talking. I had called her twice about a week after the argument to ask for help with college stuff. She ignored both my calls and never called back, I haven't tried to reach out since and neither has she. I wasn't upset the first week just annoyed, the second week I just kinda forgot about it but the third week was rough. I cried for the first time over the situation and really thought about how much I was losing because of that argument. But I also took time to reflect on the foundation of our friendship and what we were like as friends. Many people even pointed out to me that she was honestly a brat, some of which were her own friends. All in all though I'm over the situation and haven't been stressing over it just doing my own thing and enjoying life. I went to a concert with my mom, had my Senior prom and was actually on prom court as a top 3 for prom queen (very fun night). And even made plans for another concert in June with my mom. Overall I like to think my life honestly got better once she was gone but deep down part of me still misses her because she was like a sister to me. Anyway that's my life right now hope you're doing good.
