Loving how everybody agrees that Jodio's love langue is "just standing there", I can totally imagine him just throwing a gift at your desk and not saying anything, he just...stares at you until you get the message that you're supposed to open the box.

And when you open it, it's either one of those cheap arcade rings you can get for just a few points or like- a genuine designer brand, real crystals and all that (which he probably stole)

After that, he just looks at you with a shit eating grin, gives you a thumbs up, and leaves the room as if nothing happened (though he'll definitely tell Dragona about it later)

It probably leaves you bewildered in his actions, does he like you? Like you feel the kid is cryptic with his actions way too often. You’ll probably have your jaw drop to the floor if it’s the real deal designer brand. Who do you even tell about this? If it’s the arcade ring, what does that even mean? I’d feel like he’d be cool and almost gushing about it in his own way. Dragona is in full support of course, He’s probably the one that suggested something to help Jodio out with ideas in the first place.

You picked up your suitcase and started packing it, putting all the necessary things inside.

When you woke up, your family settled to go back to your childhood place, you were excited to meet your relatives, but also someone else.

When you arrived, all your relatives met you with sweet phrases and hugs, only to then let you go set off all your stuff and come to the table to eat something.

After that, it was almost late evening so you decided to go surprise your friend with a visit. You explained everything to your parents only to leave off with a:

"Yeah yeah don't worry, I'll call you if something happens!"

You then went to the florist to buy some nice flowers for his mom, and went to his house.

You knock on the door,

"Who's there?" His mom asks.

"Guess who!" You respond in a playful tone.

She then greets you with a hug and various compliments, also thanking your for the flowers.

Once you've entered his house, you tiptoed to his room, then knocking.

"Come in..." He said in an annoyed tone, only to then widen his eyes when he saw you.

"Hii!" You greet him with a cute smile, sitting on the edge of his bed.

Finally. Finally you came back. Finally you could be with him forever.

Fingers crossed I can get his personality right with this, we’re still very early into part 9. So here’s hoping I can get the vibe I’m feeling from Jodio just right. I think he could be pretty scary Yandere wise, but I’m playing it safe for now.

Yandere! Jodio Joestar

Confident and outgoing, or introverted and shy he doesn’t care. There’s a reason he happens to really like you and he’ll slide right into your life like it’s nothing. He shrugs off anyone else you might be hanging out with, but might make a little small talk to make it easier being around you.

You might start seeing Jodio in places you hadn’t before. Occasionally he’s nearby the street you live on. He knows what house you live in, but it’s pretty easy to make it look like he’s out for something dealing with handing off drugs. If not that it might be somewhere you like getting a nice treat (like say shaved ice) your friend coincidentally is late but he buys you something. Your friend is likely late likely because Jodio snatched their bag and hid it somewhere while no one was looking.

There’s almost always a dark glint in his eyes when he sees you with someone else. Whether you’re laughing or having a normal conversation. It makes him itch to be around you more often, but of course he has other things he has to balance out. He’s pretty quick to figure something out.

Schooling wise you’re suddenly bumping into him more often. In the halls, after class, or extra curricular. He’ll simply say it’s really nice to see you again if those are the only words he gets in. It probably confuses you extra when he’s coming up to you to ask you about something you didn’t think he had an interest in. If you happen to be into the manga Pink Dark Boy that just makes things even easier to weasel himself in.

Majorly downplays how much he pops up on you, he acts like it’s not a big deal even if it is. He might bring in Dragona on this, who’d likely reassure you could absolutely trust Jodio.

If you’re off to do your own mischief somewhere, it’s assured Jodio is around somewhere. It’s unnerving somewhat but rumors do get around if there’s an “it” place to be. He’ll tell you it’s your little secret with him, or if not he’ll help you sneak back inside if you suddenly change your mind.

Overall your friendships become a little strange, sometimes someone will open their mouth to say something to you. Often times changing their mind if Jodio is in the vicinity. Or if you had plans they’d have to do something else. Once again he’s pretty nonchalant about their behavior but he’s right there in their place instead. Which honestly is all that matters to him really.

That’s a great alternative too, oblivious darling sounds adorable here. I’m certain Jodio at a certain point shrugs, leans into it and joins in eventually of his own volition. There’s no need to really intimidate if you’re perfectly cool with dating Dragona in the first place (without being pressured). So you got that off your back (even if you never considered it an issue in the first place).

If this does happen I’d think he’d be pretty chill about it. There’s still that grin on his face though. Nonchalantly answering anything you possibly could ask. He got that present just for you after all, you being so paranoid makes you more endearing to Jodio. After all he really doesn’t hang out with anyone else aside from Dragona (and you of course). Depending on how he responds it might make you squirm, but there’s an air about his voice that’s trying to get you to chill a bit?

He will absolutely make sure you are safe with your present no matter what it takes. He doesn’t necessarily mention he’ll harm anyone that tries to put a hand on you/ that gift he gave you, but it’s an unsaid promise he makes to himself.

I can see that being a thing with Jodio where he’s not always verbal with threats, if he’s irritated at someone he just silently glares. I just posted a few headcanons a few moments ago. But there’s just something clicking with me and Yandere Jodio casually squeezing himself into your life without a care. “Hey I like you, let’s just chill together ‘Kay?” at a lunch table to you even if you barely spoke to him before that. I don’t think he hesitates on getting what he wants, from what I’ve read so far of the chapters out in Part 9.

I’m not trying to overthink a silly little hobby here, I’m not used to being caught up and starting off fresh on a brand new part. I’m really liking Jodio himself though, he seems like he might be a fun character to write Yandere.

That’s okay they’ll just figure out a way to worm themselves into your interactions with her. Believe me I believe both Dragona and Jodio are perfectly capable of doing so. Specifically if you take care of a few errands for Barbara Ann, like say grocery shopping? Or just running out for a little thing. Or even use their knowledge of what she likes to their advantage.

Dragona points out a dessert she hasn’t had in a while, “how about we make this together, she’d really appreciate it”

Don’t think you’re getting out of anything without either of these siblings. Family is important so it’s great you’re embracing it so well, even if you’re trying to just speak with Barbara Ann herself.

There’s the resounding thought of “is it wrong to beat up a child?” going through the Joestar’s heads.

Yandere! Jonathan Joestar

He’s fast enough to pick up whatever kid did this to his poor darling. No amount of smacking and thrashing will make him let go until they apologize, and Jonathan is pretty upset and makes it clear never to do it again. He appears to almost be a very stern parent talking to them, but there’s just a little bit of an intimidating aura behind it that it scares the kid off. Not to mention his large muscular stature helps fend them off as well.

He’ll probably walk you home after and make sure the kid doesn’t try jumping you (He knows how petty an angered person can be sometimes).

Yandere! Joseph Joestar

He can play petty, and he’s not going to let some snot nosed brat just upskirt his darling like that. (that’s a view he’s only allowed to have) The kid doesn’t get far at all, and probably even trips with whatever hamon trick Joseph decides to play off. He flicks the kids nose, maybe even pinches it.

“Cheeky little….you think you’re clever, but you’re not getting far with me, go home already”

He’s absolutely petty enough to give the kid a shaken up soda, and have it explode all over him later, (and maybe pants him, himself at some point). He’ll deny it later when you bring it up

Yandere! Jotaro Kujo

Under normal circumstances he’d be pissed, but being obsessive puts that anger through the roof. Star Platinum grabs the kid by the collar, and pulls them backwards. His stare is cold as ice, there’s zero patience in his voice as he also trips the kid with his stand by the feet. “How about you run home before something that you don’t like happens punk” is about the most restrained Jotaro can be at this point. He’s definitely tempted to punt the brat into the sun

The kid likely has a bloody nose, freaks out and books it out of there in a blink of an eye terrified. Alternatively there’s a chance Jotaro catches the kid early with a little use of his time stop, and smacks the kid in the back of the head with his hand. (Nothing concussion worthy) but it still sends the perpetrator packing.

Yandere! Josuke Higashikata (P4)

It irritates him almost instantly as insulting his hair, he’s on a similar level as Joseph when it comes to these things and the kid is going to have something not quite looking right after the use of Crazy Diamond. Who knows how the kid ended up in a fountain later, it totally wasn’t him! There might be a few other embarrassing stints and the kid eventually never walks your or his way ever again.

Yandere! Giorno Giovanna

His reaction would be interesting here, there’s a weird mix of calmness and pettiness wrapped into one. Firstly the blonde likely manages to pickpocket the kid right off the cuff. Tells the kid he forgot something while waving a wallet or a small amount of money around. Giorno has an obviously fake smile on his face, talks to the kid for a moment or two out of your earshot, perhaps you see an ear pinch out of your peripheral vision.

Though a scream erupts shortly after and the kid is running off slapping insects off themselves.

Yandere! Jolyne Kujo

She’s not the type to take stupid crap like upskirting happening to you (much like her father). The kid almost instantly gets caught by stone free, tripping him up. “What do you think you’re doing kid?” She’ll be asking them if they think their age is a get out of jail free card for acting like a brat. Jolyne will absolutely clever enough to make it look like she’s a sibling of this kid while giving him a taste of their own medicine.

Since they likely cant see stone free, the kid keeps tripping over and over. She might keep him still enough for a few birds to come over and do their business. Maybe hold their mouth open a bit, and suggests not telling anyone about this unless they want their parents to know them as the town pervert.
