As you entered the Bridgerton home, you were struck with awe. Even better, today marked a special occasion. Today, you were celebrating your eighteenth birthday with your best friends, Eloise and Penelope. Your parents had allowed you to have a small sleepover to celebrate your age, and of course Viscountess Bridgerton and the elder brothers would be watching over you three.

You walked in through the foyer to the parlor, where most of the family was gathered.

"Oh, (y/n), welcome and happy birthday," the Viscountess said, embracing you in a warm hug.

"Officially marrying age, how exciting?" Benedict teased as he turned away from his easel and looked at you.

"Leave her alone, Ben!" Eloise groaned. Her and Pen stood up from the settee and hugged you as well.

"Do you ladies have any special plans for tonight?" Viscountess Bridgerton asked the three of you.

"I thought we could roam around the gardens and read a bit. Perhaps play pickleball or another yard game," Eloise said.

Behind you, Anthony and Colin entered the parlor. Hyacinth all but jumped into Anthony's arms, and Colin walked right over to you.

"Happy birthday, (y/n), and congratulations," he added, smiling at you and making intense eye-contact. You hadn't seen him since before he had left on his travels, and you had to admit he was now very handsome.

"Congratulations? What for?" you inquired teasingly.

"You are now marrying age, correct? Your mother told mine that you would be entering society next season."

"Oh, well yes, I suppose. I don't feel ready yet at all," you confessed, twisting a lock of your hair.

"If we want to walk in the gardens, we must leave soon," Eloise urged impatiently.

"Oh, right, sorry. I'll see you later, Colin," you added before being pulled away by your best friend.

Even long after, you were left daydreaming about how tight Colin's shirt looked, allowing you to see the outline of his strong chest. You liked the light facial hair he had grown and the new styling of his hair, which suited him much more. You thought about him even while Pen and Eloise were debating about Lady Whistledown, and all throughout your garden walk. What was this feeling blossoming in your chest?

"I'm not ready to be a wife, I feel like I have so much more fun left in my life!" you groaned, stretched out on one of the parlor settees. The Viscountess had allowed you three some time to socialize in the parlor alone after dinner, so you all took the opportunity to get comfortable and talk.

"Being a wife can be fun sometimes," Pen volunteered.

"And how would you know?" Eloise snapped, setting her book aside.

"El!" you scolded.

"There's the marital act, which none of our mothers have explained to us, but it is supposed to feel good. And if you have a nice husband, he might let you enjoy it, too," Pen shrugged. She began to take some of the pins out of her hair, causing red locks to fall around her shoulders.

"The marital act," you shuddered, "those words alone scare me enough."

"Colin, Benedict and Anthony know but they won't tell me. And of course Daphne won't, either. But I assume it has something to do with the process of carrying children," Eloise said.

All of a sudden you heard a loud knock on the closed door. The three of you gasped.

"Bedtime, ladies," Anthony commanded in a stern voice.

"Fine, brother!" Eloise shouted back, rolling her eyes and standing up from the settee she had been laying on.

The Bridgerton house had a quite a few guest rooms. It was one of the reasons you enjoyed staying there, as your home was definitely not as fancy. You made your way to a small guest room the maids had made up for you at the order of the Viscountess.

Taking a deep breath, you shut the door behind you and turned on the oil lamp. You changed into your nightgown and began undoing your hair, twisting the pins and decorative ribbons out of the style. Your mother had done your hair in a special style for your birthday.

A slight knock sounded at your door. Who could it be? Perhaps Penelope needed more sanitary napkins.

"H-hello?" you asked, opening the door slightly. Colin.

"Good evening, (y/n). I was wondering if we could talk? I brought some tea for you."

"This isn't a good time, I'm getting ready for bed," you whispered.

"Just a few minutes?"

"Alright," you agreed. Colin closed the door behind him and sat down on the bed. You sat down next to him, taking the tea saucer from his hands and sipping tentatively.

"You never told me, how was Greece?" you asked, looking up at the man beside you. Although he was only twenty-three, he felt like a grown adult compared to you. Even at eighteen, you still felt like a little girl.

"It was beautiful, (y/n). Maybe I'll bring you there someday. Would you like that?" he asked, eyes trained on you as you took another sip of the tea.

You nodded, wanting to speak but finding yourself unable to. You tried to set down the tea saucer but Colin took your hand and raised it up to your mouth again.

"W-what are you--" you stuttered before he made you take another sip.

"Shh, it's okay my love. Just drift off to sleep," Colin urged. After you finished the tea, he helped you lay comfortably on the bed.

You fought to keep your eyes open, but the last thing you saw was Colin staring at you with a sickly smile.

You awoke to the sound of birds chirping and the sun streaming through the guest room's shades. As you rubbed the sleep from your eyes, you realize there was a sharp pain in your lower region. It was not yet time for your monthly cycle, but perhaps you were early?

The shooting pain was still there as you hobbled to the washroom, hoping a quick urination might relieve the pain.

You looked into the bowl after you were finished, a small bit of blood there. You must be starting early, there was no other explanation. Maybe Colin knew something, as he was there with you before you fell asleep. You went to sleep a lot quicker than you'd been meaning to, but perhaps it was because you had a long day.

About six weeks later, you still had not gotten your monthly cycle since before you'd stayed at the Bridgerton's, aside from the small bit of blood from the toilet. You felt fragile and constantly sick. You looked bigger and your breasts felt heavier. You'd never felt anything like this, and you were scared. Did you have the plague? How could you have even gotten it?

After a few weeks of worrying, your parents were able to get a doctor out to your house to check on you.

The doctor, a stern old man, examined you, asked questions and inspected you thoroughly. When he was finished, he took your parents aside.

"You stupid, stupid girl!" your mother yelled from across the room. You looked at her, confused and surprised.

"What are you talking about?" you asked innocently.

"Who did you have sexual relations with?"

"I-I don't know what you're talking about!"

"The marriage act, who did you do it with? Oh my, we must find the boy and ask him to do the honorable thing and marry her. Or else she'll be a soiled spinster!" your father shouted.

"I didn't do the marriage act, I promise! I don't even know what it is, I've never even kissed a boy!"

"If you will not be honest, we must take this into our own hands as soon as possible. You are pregnant, stupid girl," your mother spoke. She yelled back and forth at you with your father, but your brain couldn't comprehend it anymore.

You were confused, having been sick for almost six weeks straight. Six weeks ago was your birthday, when you had fallen asleep by Colin. Could that be the marriage act? You would have to speak with him as soon as possible. How does one get pregnant?

-Colin dosent like to think of his infatuation with you as “wrong”. Sure, he recognizes some of his actions are extreme, but he’s still delusional enough to dismiss it. In Colin’s eyes he’s saving you. He doesn’t be belive that you’re capable of taking care of yourself.

-he’s more of a desperate stalker type than anything. But if provoked/ threatened he’s willing to get his hands dirty. On top of watching your every move, he loves sending you letters. Wether he’s across the street or across Europe, he never shys away from sending you an onslaught of letters. He’s giddy at the thought of you responding. If you don’t he can’t help but get upset, as he runs through the worst possible scenarios. Were you hurt? Are you sick? Had someone taken you away from him?? Once he gets the chance he questions you “Have you received my letters?” “why haven’t you responded?” “Is there someone your not telling me about..”

-your relationship most likely would start off as friends (although it’s possible to start with just simple glance at a dance). His obsession would start off subtle before transforming into the monster it is in the present. He’ll follow you around like a puppy, pining for any kind of attention you can provide him. He just loves you so, and he just wants to spend time with his favorite person :(

-Colin’s affection is so extreme, it can easily become unbearable. If you (try) cut him off he can’t take the hint. His delusion kicks in and he can’t comprehend the fact that you no longer want to be around him. He’ll keep on with his puppy act, and hang on every little thing you do. Moving on, and courting someone other than him would be one of the only things to snap him out of it.

-Colin hates to hurt you or your position in society, but if provoked he won’t hesitate to do so. He’ll spread scandalous story’s about you and your family across society, until your completely outcasted. And just when your despair hits it’s peak, he will swoop in heroically and save you and your family through the prospect of marriage.

-Colin doesn’t like to take his relationship with you slow (in any scenario) and prefers to jump right into marriage. Everything to do with it is perfected, just for your special day. Again his delusions are a big part of this, and he will ignore any protest you have (if you are unwilling to marry). You’re part of the family now, and nothing will change that.

-like his siblings he’ll want a lot of kids (eight to be exact) he fancies himself a family man, and full heartedly thinks that you feel the same. Again each protest you have is completely disregarded.

-there is no leaving his side especially after the two of you are married. No matter what you do or say he doesn’t crack. You love your new life after all, and you love him. He uses his family and especially his younger siblings to ensure you stay where you are intended to be. If you somehow sneak off into the night and try to leave him his golden retriever persona drops and he becomes enraged stoping at nothing to find you. If you try to divorce him his personality will switch the same way it did if you try to run away. He doesn’t understand why you are acting so difficult. You will be punished severely socially and physically, both resulting in you being ostracized by society. He shooed away the maids and the butlers who attempted to reach the door, claiming that he had an important personal situation he must see to before sending them firmly to the servant quarters.

He opened the door to find a furiously distraught looking you, staring up at him with the amount of helplessness he could only picture on a small defenceless lamb. A sick part of him enjoyed that.

“My angel, you are soaked from the rain” he said, his voice dripping with concern that came off as condescending “come in at once”

“You lied” was all you hissed out as you barged into the bridgerton home and pushed Colin away once he tried to get close “you lied to me, you bastard”

“Sweetheart, that isn’t the kind of language that a young lady should use” Colin says with a disapproving tone before he took your arm rather roughly and dragged you to the his room “why don’t we discuss whatever’s troubling you in a more private setting”

As he drags you into his quarters, he observes the wetness of your body from the rain and sighs before gathering a coat that he could place over your body if you were allow him to get close. It didn’t seem like you were tolerant to that idea as you dart to the other side of the room when he came near.

“Why don’t you tell me what’s troubling you, my angel?” Colin asks with a sigh of frustration

There is a pregnant pause where it seems like you are in some state of shock. You eventually sigh and break the silence by looking up at him with tears in your eyes.

“I haven’t bled this month” you say through a shaky sigh, a tremble ripples over your body from both the implication of your words and the cold rain dripping from your hair and onto your body

“That is a lie” you yell in frustration “you knew that I would have to marry you if I became with child and you took advantage of the situation”

“I know you to be that monster” you state with anger evident on your face “you have derailed my entire future!”

“If I remember correctly, you were an active participant in that derailing” Colin accuses angrily “you could have told me to stop, you could have left”

“I tried-“ you attempt to defend yourself but you are cut off

“If you’d have told me a firm no then I would have left that party and ceased any attempts at courting you” Colin lies with an effective amount of certainty “if you had simply told me to stop I would have, or do you think me a pervert as well as a monster?”

“I-i” you stutter out through quick, panicked breaths “i tried to- I didn’t mean to become with child”

There is a moment of silent thoughtfulness as the only sound let out by either of you was your sorrowful sobs. Colin sighs at your pathetic sight before he comes closer and wraps your trembling and cold body up with his coat.

He lifts your tear filled eyes up to meet his comforting gaze as he caresses your cheeks in his hands softly.

“Don’t you see how good for us this can be?” Colin asks with a hopeful smile “we can get married, we can be a family”

“My father will never accept your proposal” you mumble with an absent mind

“Maybe not if I ask him, but I’m sure if his favourite daughter were to ask him nicely he could be convinced” Colin offers a solution and watches your hesitant response before sighing and his tone becomes more sinister “what other choice do you have now angel, you have to think about our child”

Colin wraps his arms around you in a hold that is similar to how a snake constricts around his prey. After your initial hesitance you slowly accept defeat and lean into his hold before nodding your head.

Delight spread through Colin’s chest at the acceptance, you were finally going to be his forever.

He may have morally damned himself forever but it was worth it to be inside you, and worth even more to know that his pleasurable experience has now locked you with him forever like lustful shackles that can never be broken.

Imagine the Portia, the Bridgertons (including Violet) and the Spouses are the only ones to reincarnate, but each Bridgerton thinks they're the only ones and don't know the others have reincarnated too.

In the original story, they found their lives felt incomplete without their rivals/second love interests (i headcanon the Spouses weren't all in the same categories in canon) and they regretted terribly not end up with them. When they come back, they're resolved to make things right and embrace all the attention they rejected in the past life and be with their soulmates.

But there's one problem, something unexpected, a fact that none of them could have imagined:

Their soulmates don't show them an ounce of interest now...it almost feels like they don't love them at all

Although Simon doesn't want to have children at first, I don't see him changing that desire even as a yandere, however in some situations I can see him wanting to get his darling pregnant. If she begs, Simon will probably relent since he has sworn he will make her happy and if having children is what she wants, then so be it.

Anthony would be shocked and insist Colin marries reader immediately to avoid scandal and make it seem like baby had been conceived after the wedding.

Benedict would say he ‘knew you two had been in love for years’ and would say he saw it coming, honestly wouldn’t be very surprised.

Daphne would be shocked and probably one of the only ones to speculate that reader probably didn’t want it. she understands how nerve-wracking it can be for the girl, and she knows that Colin knows how babies are conceived.

Eloise would be shocked and wouldn’t believe whatever lies Colin has reader tell her. Eloise would also have a hard time believing her brother would be capable of that level of abuse so she just assumes it was mutually consensual.

A/n_ heyy, sorry for the long wait I’ve been dealing with some school issues as well as some home stuff. Out of all the concepts I've done this one has to be my fav. Anyway thanks so much for requesting! Feedback and requests are welcome.

-Benedict is completely delusional. This man sees you as a god. A muse. Something so perfect he thinks your feet shouldn’t touch the ground. He’s the worshipper type.. his obsession is in some ways worse than his brothers because of how bad shit crazy he can get

-like with any Bridgeton it’s impossible to get rid of him. You’re soulmates after all. Benedict is a huge fan of acts of service. He’ll help you get out of your carriage. Give you money. Paint you. He wants to see you react positively to his advances. If you don’t react positively or outright reject him he will be extremely upset and will lash out or attempt to guilt trip you.

-He's also very into teasing you. He just loves the way you react when he does so. Whether your reaction is positive or negative he loves it and will be quick to pick on you again. I don't see him doing pranks on you per say but he will sprinkle in some "tricks" in your love life whether you like it or not.

-Benedict would mostly definitely have a shrine of you and a concerning about of paintings in your likeness. He just can’t get enough of you and what’s to plaster your face everywhere he can. From an outsider's perspective it wouldn’t be hard to see his obsession (he’s horrible at concealing it). This means it’s way more likely that his family picks up on his traits, and deliberately reaches out to help you.

-the mostly likely place the two of you met would be at some art event. you are either a model or a painter but either one grabs his attention. He’s quick to speak with you and will never shy away from contact. He’ll do his best to charm you but if he fails he’ll be completely taken aback. He's used to getting what he wants so you fighting will only increase his obsession.

-He adores calling you his muse and will make a point to remind you what he thinks of you every moment possible. Like I stated before he's the worshiping type which does evolve into delirious and possessiveness. He can't have his muse wandering off, can he? There is no shaking this man off of you. He's just like Colin in the sense that he's practically a lost puppy that needs to feel your touch to be ok.

-Although he likes to view himself "above" using his family name to get what he wants he will. Whether that is forcing you out of your home or announcing to everyone that the two of you are engaged. You will be together. His wedding would be very similar to his brother's in the sense that it's very fast. He doesn't care much for formalities and will be content with the two of you standing in front of a priest with little to no people present.

-He desires a quote-on-quote "alternative" lifestyle where the two of you travel etc. But if you fail to feed into his desire by "behaving" he's not afraid to keep you in his room for long periods of time.

-out of all his siblings he's the only one you could possibly escape from (but it wont be very long). He wants to trust you and let you roam on your own to some extent. It may be a few days or a few years but he will find you if it's the last thing he'll do. This could most likely segway into him mentally breaking, meaning his obsession will evolve into violence. "A- all I've ever wanted to do is love you- I guess I've been too lenient with you."

-I dont really see you spending much time with your inlaws and especially your own flesh and blood. He much rather keeps you in his studio and paint you. "STAY STILL. Ah-hah.. you'll ruin your portrait darling."
