Canonically? She hasn't and can't, where she exists it's a bit complicated about how she came to be and what traits her 'heritage' from JSAB gives her but meeting others from JSAB is technically impossible.

Non-canon? Sure! She's met at least one Blixer-variant before (though it didn't go well), and can meet others in the multiverse. What happens during those encounters though is... up to her mood.
