This children’s room is the entrance to the tunnel in which the 6 hostages executed by Hamas were held. This is the evil we’re dealing with in Gaza.

This is the Nuba inscription, an early 9th century Islamic text from a mosque near Hebron. The inscription identifies the Dome of the rock as “Bayt al Maqdis” or “The Holy Temple”, “Beit haMikdash” in Hebrew. This finding suggests that early Muslims were aware of the Temple Mount’s significance as the site of the Jewish Temple and viewed the Dome of the Rock as a symbolic reestablishment of this sacred space. The inscription reads: In the name of Allah, the merciful God, this territory, Nuba, and all its boundaries and its entire area, is an endowment to the Rock of Bayt al-Maqdis and the al-Aqsa Mosque, as it was dedicated by the Commander of the Faithful, ̒Umar iben al-Khattab for the sake of Allah the Almighty.

If maps, coins and books telling the facts of Israel's history are boring, perhaps Life magazine can be more interesting.

Maccabi Tel-Aviv soccer team holding the Beirut cup, 1935 🇮🇱🤝🇱🇧 ⚽️🏆
In 1935, the Prime Minister of Lebanon (Abdallah Beyhum) invited the Maccabi Tel Aviv soccer team to an exhibition match in the capital against the Renaissance team. The purpose of the game was less sports and more political-declarative and was intended, according to the press in Israel, “to bring hearts together and strengthen the ties between my people The two countries”. And to that end, the Prime Minister of Lebanon even donated a large trophy (seen in the photo). The match ended in a 2-2 draw, and the Prime Minister decided to give the trophy to Maccabi, to express his feelings of appreciation to the team for coming.

A few weeks ago, someone commented on my JVP “white European pine trees” video, that his village, Dyr Ayyub, was “one of the first to be ethnically cleansed and covered with forest”. Turns out, the poor villagers of Dyr Ayyub tried to kill each and every Jew driving up to Jerusalem. For example the murder of Yona Resin in December 1947. Despite the fact It was used as a base for the Jordanian Arab legion, in 1949 Israel has offered the residents of Dyr Ayyub to return and get Israeli citizenship (just like other villagers who returned to their homes, for example: the wadi Ara agreement, or villagers of Abu gosh) but the offer was declined (like other cases). Classic case of FAFO, and never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

A few days ago I travelled with a group led by @talking.with.talya , @samantha_inisrael and @mitch_israeltours to southern Israel to listen to people who went through October 7th from Sderot, Kfar Azza, Nova. hear their first hand testimony and witness locations where it took place. The sadness and grief is so painful and strong, but also I felt a great sense of gratitude and hope knowing such amazing people live among us. The main point I took from this day is that the people who fell on October 7th weren’t victims. They were heroes. Many fell trying to save others, showed tremendous courage, their memory should reflect their heroism, their generosity, the love they had for us, and the love we have for them. I’m so grateful for being able to hear and see this, and I’ll do my best to pass on this message.

In the Quran, there is no mention of “Palestine” or “Palestinians”, but there are plenty of mentions of the Israelites and the Kings of Israel. In Surah 17:104, Allah gives the LAND to the children of Israel. Surah 2:246-2:251, Allah appoints KING SHAUL, and KING DAVID as the KINGS of ISRAEL. In Surah 38, Allah grants wisdom to David and Solomon Kings of Israel, and they rule the KINGDOM wisely. These mentions of the Kingdom and kings of Israel are backed up by plenty of archaeological evidence such as the Meshe Stele, Kurkh monolith, and Tel Dan Stele mentioning Kings of Israel and the house of David, yet zero archeological evidence for any Arab “Palestinian” country.

The discovery of the Ketef Hinnom scrolls, which include the oldest known texts from the Hebrew Bible, was a significant archaeological find. In 1979, archaeologist Gabriel Barkay unearthed two small silver scrolls in a burial cave at Ketef Hinnom, near Jerusalem. These scrolls, dating back to the late 7th to early 6th century BCE, contained inscriptions of the priestly blessing from the Book of Numbers: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” This discovery not only confirmed the antiquity of this biblical text but also provided invaluable insights into the religious practices and beliefs of ancient Judah.
