Aaru: I spend a lot of time in them all, but the Hero Garden is where I met Ori, the Chao who imprinted on me.

Aaru: Honestly, I never learned. My sister gave me her old Xtreme Gear and I found it's just more practical.

Just figuring out how his powers work. He got Tikal's exposition fairy powers but a bit more personal- seeing visions of the past thru someone else's eyes. Feeling what they felt in the moment. So maybe less Tikal and more Erandur's quest in Skyrim (hello my sad elf husband)

Anyway, 'Ru has a pretty good grasp on them when he's awake but when he's asleep (or knocked out for whatever reason) he can't control them at all.

I imagine he can do things to help guide them, like focusing on something specific to give them a direction or finding a guided meditation. The most effective way of dealing with it, if not the healthiest, is just to keep from sleeping that long or deep. 4 hour intervals, lots of coffee.
