#trainingtobemarvellous day 38, ab & squat challenge day 7 (I misnumbered a day in here before, oops!) 20 squats 20 leg lifts 20 crunches 20 heel touches 30s plank ⬅️ was a doozy Roomy pointed out I was doing leg lifts wrong, you should only lift them 6-9 inches off the floor and then hold 3-5 seconds for the best core gain.
