Even though I did this last night and am pretty proud of myself. I fell asleep pretty fast after the gym and getting myself a smoothie to eat.
As of Sunday March 15th I am 14 pounds lighter. It's just a pound but its progress and I'm happy to take it. I ran pretty hard last night and had more energy to burn and was ready to take another lap!!! I'm getting more addicted to runninng and cannot wait to see how far my little legs can take me!!!

So I did a thing today, as minute as it may be to some it was HUGE for me. I RAN 1.5 MILES WITHOUT STOPPING! I was so proud of myself this morning. I haven't ran a mile since high school!

How to Attract People to Your Profile in 3 Steps

It may be 2019 but you still have that same old 2018 profile. It was created out of confusion and maybe even frustration but hey, new year, new profile. If you want to know how to make your profile stand out, don’t worry, we got you covered.
Firstly, when it comes to appearance, try to stay away from pictures that are super blurry. That’s a huge issue. The person swiping should be able to see you clearly. If you wouldn’t post it to Instagram, then why would you post it on your dating profile?
Second, avoid ALL your pictures being with friends or family. This profile is about YOU! This isn’t a profile about your friends and certainly not your family.  Post some cool solo shots and watch your matches increase!
Lastly, why not spice up your bio with a witty phrase or comment? I think we all get sick of this height/age monotony. Try something creative or funny, add a joke or a phrase that means a lot to you. Your bio is your chance to show people who you are, don’t take it for granted!
Make sure your profile is able to start a conversation, let it be funny, interesting, and, hopefully, get you a date!

Fitness
If I am being honest with myself , I haven't been happy with my body in a very long time. I feel like all I have been doing is gaining weight no matter what I do. I hate seeing pictures if myself and I feel sad when I look in the mirror. I want to be proud of the body I am in but currently I can't be. I am trying to eat healthier but it's so hard because my job has so much junk food around and I have poor self control. When I feel like I'm eating healthy I'm not because when I look at the calorie count it is higher then I expected. I am still learning about being healtheir and it is frustrating. I have increased my daily exercise and it doesn't seem like it is helping. I guess this a post to myself that this journey is going to be hard but I won't give up. I will strive to make my body healthier and happier. I will be proud of my body.

It’s been a time
I think I am finally ready to come back. I had taken some time away just because I had to grown so tired of focusing on everything. 
But I looked at the scale yesterday and just how my body looks overall and while I’ve pretty much maintained my weight, I don’t look like how I want to and I’m not happy. Even just losing ten more pounds would probably make me feel better. 
I’m going to be working a lot harder on my diet. I’m cutting out most dairy again and trying to eat mostly clean. I’ve been completely exhausted and run down lately so cooking has seemed like a chore that I don’t want to deal with but it’s something I need to get back into. Nothing fancy, just something with some nutritional value. It’s mostly time I just buckled down and be an actual adult. 
So here’s to new beginnings and hopefully me posting on the regular more.

I started BBG beginner level last week and I have been doing at least 30 min cardio everyday. I try to walk a mile or two a day in the treadmill. I cutt off all junk food and I have been meal planning my meals.

So I’ve been counting calories and running again, but even when I eat within my daily goals, I still feel bad when I sort of binge eat. Like last night I ate pizza and had probably like 5 slices (all but one were thin crust). And for some reason I still think I’m gonna halt my progress even though I’m still a solid 1000 calories under my daily limit (since I didn’t eat anything else).

My 20 min run was a success!! I feel better and more confident that I can run a full 20 mins. My legs hurt all over and they feel like rubber. Also planked for 20 seconds and it was painful

Today we had more Harvey rain, so we decided to go to the mall and see a movie. Then we went to Madame Tussaud's wax museum. It was fun and weird and strangely muggy, and I still walked a whole bunch.
