Horror is supposed to touch on the uncomfortable subjects, and meant to shock us. When has horror ever been made to comfort the viewer?

Yeah this is true. A lot of non horror fans don't seem to know this at all!! I haven't seen the Chucky show yet, but I do remember some people getting mad at something in it. I was a little confused as well because it's a horror show...I understand people can get upset at certain horror elements but that seems very blown out of proportion. I like my horror to shock me and disgust me and make me uncomfortable.
