lmao the therapy session i just had . no one will be hearing from me for 2-5 working days whilst i ponder…..
#jks bc i am literally about to spend the weekend w friends but . lol#abt 10 mins in my therapist was like ok i’m going to ask something i’ve been thinking about for awhile#+ i was like lisa that’s just the most ominous way u could say that#+ then she was like what would u say if i suggested maybe thinking about u being autistic#+ i was like girlie agdhdhd where has THIS come from#it’s interesting bc she’s very much not a therapist who leads w diagnosing like she would if it’d been something important to me#but generally that’s not really been the way we discuss things#anyway we talked a bit + she was like i’m just putting it out there as something for u to consider + im like ok this isn’t something i have#time to consider atm but i guess i will#anyway idk felt like a weird reaction from me + i think she got that#genuinely do feel v lucky to have a therapist like her for many reasons#but i’m now like ok let me ruminate i guess ❤️#rambles#i’ll probs delete this i just got out of the session + needed to put this somewhere lol
